Hi, i have a rash on the inner part of my right and left thigh, its dark and it has bumps and is very itchy sometimes. Ii had it since i was young and never really found out the cause. I was always a chubby person so i'm guessing its because my legs rubbed together, but i'm not sure. What i would like to know is how could i permanently remove this problem and if the rubbing of my thighs together is really the problem and if so what is the treatment u recommend?
I always have my outbreaks in my butt crack (for lack of better words). I noticed a few weeks ago that I had a sore on my right thigh. It went away with out any treatment. Earlier this week I notice the same sore on my outer left thigh. I went to the dermatologist and she said it was eczema. However, she just quickly glanced at it.
1. What are the chances that herpes of the thigh can be confused with eczema
2. What are the chances that my herpes would start appearing on my thighs?

It is only ever about quarter size, has blisters on it, red all around, my gland on the left side at upper thigh is painful to touch and there are always red streaks leading away from the blister cluster on my knee. The one on my butcheek is never as bad as the knee. I have never really had it looked at since I was 14, I believe they said it was herpes, but cannot remember. I get pain before it comes all the way down my calf and get it about 1-2 times a year max.
For years I've been having this skin problem. It's affected mostly my torso and lower backside/upper back thigh area, never my face or limbs. I had raised itchy bumps that would spread all over the area on which it formed. At one point, the length of my torso and almost my entire backside was covered in these bumps, which I had scratched enough for them to bleed a little and then turn into brown, scaly, dried-up scars.
Over the next few days my skin started to itch all around in the upper thigh area and in the thigh area there were maybe 2 or 3 spots where there was almost like a pimple. Each one would I would notice because it would itch and I would then realize there was a small bump, which I could pop and a very tiny small amount of white puss would come out just like popping a zit on the face or something.
These spots of little pimples I'm actually starting to find all over my body now.

I just noticed a rash on my upper inner thigh on my right leg yesterday. It several small circles of red skin, it’s not scaly or itchy and at first I thought maybe it was just a patch of eczema but it turned into several patches and I’m a little worried. They aren’t raised or uncomfortable. But they do have a rough appearance and when I drag my finger across them they don’t feel like anything.

On my upper thigh I have a quarter-sized, oval shaped red, dry, flaky spot. I'm not having any abnormal symptoms so I would just want a clue about what it is.
For the past week I've had an area on my left thigh that has been itching me like crazy, I thought it was just poison ivy or poison oak, but the more I thought about it the less likely that it was that due to my lack of being in the outdoors and what not.

I just found a half dime sized "blister" for lack of a better word on my upper thigh, almost to the fold where my thigh and pubic crease meet. It is red-ish on the outside, somewhat circular in shape and white and dry on the inside. I also noticed some purpura (about the size of pencil erasers) lower down adn on the other side, a total of 3. They look like blood blisters a little. These purpura showed up after I had felt a sharp pain, like being bitten by a rather large spider.
but what if when i was sleeping on top of him his precum got into my bleeding eczema on my thigh, (My thigh on top of his penis) like this is body on body (sorry for the details) there is minimal contact with air. since they say virus starts to die when in contact with air. Also it is interesing you mention varicosities, I sit down 8 hours a day at work and I have over the past couple of years had noticed a flare up with my vein in the same leg on the upper outer thigh.
I've had these spots on my leg since November 2016. I also had something that looked similar 4 years ago, which lasted for six months or so and went away after getting steroid shots at my dermatologist.
I've been back to see the dermatologist many times for this and she's said it's either eczema or psoriasis, but doesn't matter which because she'd treat them both the same.
