Avatar f tn I'd recommend to take every opportunity to walk (concerning exercise) or do YouTube exercise videos. Look up "blogilates" on YouTube - I love the woman who runs it, she's so encouraging and motivational. Her website offers cheap recipes too for healthy food. Motivation that often works for me is how great I feel after a work out or after making a good food choice. Doesn't always work in the moment, but it brings me back on track even after days of over eating. Good luck!

Avatar f tn I thought I was eating healthy until the hospital got me to see a dietitian. I was shocked to find out I was supposed to be eating 2.5cups of vegetables a day whether I was pregnant or not. I was eating vegetables but definitely not that much. I now use a foid journal app and make sure I get enough serves of vegetables, fruits, dairy, grains, and protein. I've learnt a lot this pregnancy and will probably keep it up when bub is born.

Avatar n tn t specific things to eat while pregnant, just stuff to avoid, limit and be careful with. Make sure to take prenatal vitamins and a regular healthy diet and you and baby should be good. Drink lots of water. Congratulations!

I can eat healthy all day long, then at the end of the day cave completely. I can't let myself ignore my hunger breastfeeding or my supply will completely diminish. I've been eating a good breakfast, good lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, and then dinner, and a snack later on. I'm having SUCH a hard time eating healthily.

Avatar n tn Dont waste ur money on food that are not healthy and just are for taste.Eat fruits and healthy veggies so body gets enough nutrients for healthy growth.U also need to have strong will power to control.U can also tell ur family to eat healthy.Make sure they also have the knowledge about right eating if in case they r not eating.Weather u have less money or more money always buy healthy foods.Be strict about it. Hope this helps.
