I put blistex med and iced it and it went down in inflammation as well. I am also taking a nootropic to calm down the nervous system for another condition that is also acts as an antiviral. So it could be suppressing a full blown outbreak. My urine also burns on occasion, I will have that checked out soon. Hopefully it is a uti or something that antibiotics can cure.

In definite moments, for instance, when I worry a bit or think about some thinks I fear, or (sorry for the details) look at a girl when I'm somewhere in the city, or just at home, I get a feeling of some tingling or burning in my chest and stomach. My heartbeat raises and I can hear my heart. A panic, discomfort, fear for something appears.
As of what I’ve found from a week or so of research, a nootropic can be helpful but harmful if taken in high dosages or for an extended period of time. So it would be a more temporary solution during finals week. But I am more interested in a long term solution. Possibly a healthy daily dosage of ginkgo biloba, ginseng and omag-3 mixed with some green tea in the morning.

Short term memory loss after brain surgery is more common than you might think.
Let me break this into a two part answer, first the basic info about standard approaches, and second, what I have seen happen over the years working with patients that had brain trauma from different sources;
First, Rehabilitation after brain tumor surgery that results in memory loss typically involves psychotherapy and cognitive therapy.
Phenytoin (Dilantin et al) works best with me. It's off patent and about 70 years on the market. Low doses best. These repetitive thoughts are a brain electrical problem (inappropriate electrical activity), and while not as intense a problem as epilepsy, they can be treated the same way.
I take 50 - 100 mg as a dose and it smoothes those intrusions and does NOT make me tired or have noticeable side effects except feeling normal.
She is taking hydralazine 50mg for high BP, Sertraline 25mg for depression, Nitrofur Mac 50mg for UTI, Donepezil 10mg for memory loss, and Novolin for high blood sugar. We also have a PT that comes to her house but that is not really helping.

First of all Seroxat have anticholinergic effects. I’d say that to someone myself if I didn’t know how f*caked up a “kratom” legal nootropic drug would be. Then I see some people using kratom to get off suboxone. Shortttt term it might work. You can ask to your doctor about modafinil. It's a ''wake-promoting'', not a CNS stimulant like amphetamine, drug and used off-label as a nootropic (smart drug) due to it's positive effect on energy, memory and learning. It's impact on energy is similar to caffeine in the studies. I tried it myself and had no problem on it, better than caffeine ,in my humble opinion, and also you don't have to take it all day unlike caffeine.
