I do exercise at on a elliptical machine 3 days a week for 20 minutes and 2 days I lift free weights doing lunges and squats and are curls for about 10 to 15 minutes. I do all my exercise at home on my own stuff that I made up for myself. Everything does not work for everybody but I do believe this program will work but you have to still have to eat healthy.

Back in June this year (2010), I started taking Phentermine for weight loss. About a week into the treatment I had an intensely itchy hive wheal on my right hand and also itchy skin on the backs of my legs just under my buttocks. m curious why more studies have not been conducted to study the correlation between phentermine and acne? Acne is not listed as a possible side effect of phentermine, but phentermine is considered a methamphetamine; methamphetamines are known to causes acne. hello. i am 135 and 5'6. i maintained my weight without phentermine and somewhat occasional use here and there. it does train you on how much to eat. i couldn't eat a big meal even if i try. i get full right away. because on phentermine, you eat very little portions and i find myself making better choices. Your stomach does shrink when you don't eat alot, so if you keep up with watching your calories and not overeat or eat past the full feeling, you will be fine.

I'm on 30mg phentermine. ive been taking it for 3 weeks now. lost 4lbs, ate one good meal, and gained it back all in one day. I was down to salads and water, with no results what so ever. I'm in the process of switching to a new dentist and the new patient form I had to fill out asked "Have you ever taken any combination of the drug known as 'fen-phen'. This includes phentermine (Adipex, Fastin, etc) and/or fenfluramine (Pondimin)." What does it matter if I have taken this? I haven't taken fen-phen, but I have and do occasionally take phentermine?
