The only sodium in my diet is from canned veggies
and fruit. To lower the sodium from this source, I drain
and rinse the veggies. Waiting on my blood tests for hormone levels, vitamin levels and other stuff. I also do not drink diet sodas, or use artificial sweeteners.
My doctor, Friday, said that she thinks it might be neuropathy, due to the fact that I have some spots on the bottom of my left foot that I don't feel heat or pain.
