00 -0500 Actavis Totowa LLC, a United States manufacturing division of the international generic pharmaceutical company Actavis Group, is initiating a Class I nationwide recall of Digitek (digoxin tablets, USP, all strengths) for oral use. The products are distributed by Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc., under a "Bertek" label and by UDL Laboratories, Inc. under a "UDL" label.

I was talking to my husband just the other day about her. We were speaking about the old digoxin recall (back in April) that was posted and I was wondering how she was doing. I'm so glad to hear the good news. Now hopefully the pac's will ease up too. :-) Take care.

I did have a chest infection about one-month before my last heart episode. Did you also hear about the Digitek recall and that problem? I stopped taking it the week my breathing problem stopped?

Lanoxin has not been recalled.... digitek was recalled..

As Toprol also reduces blood pressure and I have low blood pressure as it is, I started having dizziness and nausea. He then put me on Digitek, which has since been recalled and I havebeen on 0.25 mg of digoxin for about 2 months. I recently started to have cramps, abnormal bowel movements and I feel very exhausted. The doctor reduced the dosage to .125 mg and on the first day I felt better until about 6PM and then the cramps started again.

But this is actually something that can cause heart defects cleft lip and cleft pallet. Its not on recall but can be the cause of these things. Its all over the place right now.

It seems I remember a warning about this OTC med. Causing loss of smell? Lawsuits? Do they even sell it anymore? I thought the FDA was on them. If you end up with a cough you might want to reschedule the imaging. I kinow you have been waiting a long time and this would be a big disappointment. But what good would it do to have lousy images now when you could have good ones by waiting just a week or so longer?

i had one thursday and she put sticker on my moles but for got to put one on the scare where i had a biospy done 15 years ago, now i get a recall could it be from that.

I would like suggesting having a recall sticky thread in the pregnancy and maternal & child forums. One of the forum regulars in Pregnancy 18-35 posted a recall about a crib, I would have never heard about the recall if it wasn't for her. Not every parent has a source of information to get recalled items, and I think it would help a lot of new parents or parents in general if we could have a sticky thread for rcalled infant and children products.
