s best to change your diet instantly (if possible) to see the results faster. And it helps to log everything you eat, to the last calorie where possible.
In the past, I had a diet buddy. If you want to be mine, message me. The major diettips were already mentioned. (drink water/exercise/veggies and meat based diet) I would just add that limiting sugar intake has really helped me in past.
Also when I put my new weight when I log off from the application it, when I log back in it shows me the old one. I am thinking probably that's why the calories continue to decrease everyday.

Unfortunately there is no perfect diet and there no perfect diet for diabetes. But avoiding simple carbs is good for everyone.
A BG meter is a good tool to use. Check out everything. Even beans. Yes some people have a very large and long lasting spike on beans, even though books suggest it as a good choice.
Supplements can help some people. If you want to go in that direction consider things like chromium, they help some people control BG.
Low iron, vit a and raw foods are hard to digest except certain fruits. The Liver Foundation website has loads of diettips. I think cooked eggs/omelets and pasta are great choices. Just really watch the salt! No processed foods and hard cheeses have higher salt content. I'm a PBJ gal, so that's been my comfort food.
NO alcohol or soda! A bicarbonate Pepcid/anti acid combo prescription pill taken each night helps too! Drink water! For constipation, Marla's is the safest.
I'm not sure what could causing the problem. You can go to the Improve MedHelp Suggestions Help forum. The mods there, will be able to help you. You can access that forum via the following link:

Does ANYONE know of anything I can do??? I weigh over 200lbs and that is just horrid. I am ready to try diet aids at this point. I've not done that due to the amount of meds I take. But I don't want diabeties either. Can anyone help? Is there a prescription diet aid I could take for a short period of time???
Thanks for any help.
For a year or so i have had a terrible diet of mostly junk food and a relatively sedentary lifestyle. As a result of this i am now 4 stone overweight and always feeling tired and sluggish. Since last week i have joined my local gym and cut out junk food and sugar as much as i possibly can. I have reduced my calorie intake to about 1300 a day but i am feeling very ill and weak. What is the reason for this?
Try not to look at it as a "diet". You should be making actual lifestyle changes that you can stick with over the long term. Often making small changes (like switching from soda to water) are better than a strict diet that's not sustainable.
Hi everyone, i am new to this forum and was just wondering if anyone is on a rawfood diet. If yes Can you share some tips with me? i intend to because i am overweight with PCOS and would love to get alot off.
Thanks in advance.
Diet pills don't work unless you change lifestyle. That be to eat healthier. Healthy nutrition should be the main goal, not weightloss. By focusing on that, we could all save us some problems.
My answer is: Diet pills are all about the money. 30-day trials work but only because the initial weightloss experienced are fluids. The safest way to loose weight is to add some physical activity to the day (3 work-out sessions over a week's time) and to get steady on meals. So....
