my epilepsy started when i was 9yrs old. i do get deja vu just before i have a seizure. i have had deja vu for as long as i can rember but the last couple years its gotten stronger and feels more real. now if i get deja vu i know its a warning sign a seizure is comming. i get the tengling feeling something like cold chills under my scalp. sometimes i get so sick to my stomach it feels so real. i just wanted to share my symptoms as someone with epilepsy.
I am just wondering if anyone else with anxiety also experiences frequent episodes of deja vu. I have noticed that when my anxiety/stress levels are high I experience a lot of deja vu episodes too. I googled deja vu and it says that it is a symptom of anxiety. I have experienced deja vu for years, but lately I have been having a lot of stress. Anyone else out there like me?
Okay so my current prenatal vitamin does not have Dha in it...is it possible for me to take a Dha vitamin in conjunction with my prenatal vitamin?...if so what is a good brand to take?

When I do get deja vu spells they only last a little bit but depending on the thing that set it off, I get deja vu if I keep thinking about it. I don't convulse or anything when it happens, I have asked people around me what I do in those instances.
has anyone ever told you that you get these blank looks after you get the deja vu sensation?

I'm 15 years old. I have been getting deja vu since i was a little girl. When i get it i get a wierd feeling in my stomach, i talk/mumble fast, "zone out", staring spells, feeling of being scared, can't be alone, i pretty much panic. This experience happens quite often. I have had numerous tests ran and everything was normal? Usually after i get that experience i get severe migraines. What could this mean?
i am 15 and a vegetarian and i seem to spontaniously suffer from deja vu type symtoms. its not a normal deja vu though as i lose control of my body (sometimes falling over) and i use all my strenth to remain breathing. it is like an extreme deja vu . i can hear people around me but cannot respond to them in the usual manner.. i usually end up grunting. i feel like i am reliving a dream i had previously exactly how i saw it but i dont remember dreaming it until i am living it.

I'm a 27 year old mother of 2 I have an 8 year old and 1 year old. It all started about 4 months ago. I got a panic attack at the Walmart while shopping with my 1 year old. Got so bad I had to call 911 and go to the er it scared me so bad. But since then things have gotten so much worse. I have panic attacks all the time. And not I feel like things are not real. I can't tell dream from real. And I'm.having deja vu all day every day. Its causing me me to withdrawal from my.kids.
About once a month for a day, maybe two or so I get these very odd deja vu episodes. They last for about 30-40 seconds and sometimes I feel like I could puke because I get dizzy. 90% of the time I have a headache either just after these episodes start, or sometime within that 24 hour period. The headache is usually in my forehead.
So i visited a friend today and she looked at my prenatal vitamins that i had with me and was surprised they didn't have dha in them. She gave me some dha vitamins and recommended that i take them and continue to do so. My dr didn't mention dha. Am i alone in this?

The FDA says that it is safer to have DHA from a non fish source. I say the DHA is straight from the fish and not good to take! I would not take it or stop. I take the one Enfimil makes and it is I think $11 a month from Walmart and it is from a none fish source. I would tell your ob you wnat another one if you don't want that one!
My mood swings when i get in these flashback zones like Ryan Howard at a home run derby, and to be honest, its quite upseting to myself and my family members....... Is ther anyone that can relate to the feeling of constant deja vu or a constant flashback?...... Why is my mind going haywire?! So I Bought prenatal pills and they don't have dha. So when I had my 1st Dr appt at 5 weeks he said buy dha prenatal so I have been taking them. I'm 20 weeks tomorrow and a few days ago I ran out so I been taking the prenatal pills without dha until I get paid. But I'm wondering is it even a big deal which pills i take since I'm out of 1st trimester?
DHA is a kind of Omega 3 fatty acid (which is usually DHA+EPA)
Omega 3 s are considered really beneficial for our brain and general health..and considered really good for fertility..
they're found in fatty fish or you can take them as supplements..
One of my prenatal vitamins have DHA but no iron, and the other has iron but no DHA...The one with iron has a little higher percentage of vitamin C as well...which one should I take?
If I take the one with no DHA is it ok to takr Advocare Omega Plex supplement on the side? Or should I take the vitamin with DHA and take iron on the side?
These have me confused!
