My mom (60 years of age) recently had cataract removal surgery in both her eyes from a well known hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. The surgery was phacoemulsification process and hardly took 5 min .Both the procedures were done with a gap of 1 week. The left eye seems to have recovered okay, but its the right eye which is casuing some probels. Its been more than 6 weeks now. She has no sign of infection, redness/swelling/pain etc.

Recently i visited a eye surgeon at a well known Hospital in karachi, he suggested for strabismus surgery in both eyes , he also said that it cannot be fixed with a single surgey u need to have a second surgery after few month of first surgery.

I am a young person of 37. Married with two kids. I live in capital city of Pakistan, Islamabad. I had Hepatitis C and then i got complete therapy i.e. Interferon and then my PCR is negative. But my HCV Antibodies test is still coming positive (+). I would like to know that is it possible that in any way my HCV Antibodies test becomes negative.
