desloratadine isomer

Took for 1week 5mg desloratadine after my ivf. transfer. Started the antihistamine day 6 after embryo transfer without thinking or consulting the dr.(i always took it during pregnancy and thought its safe but never at such an early stage of pregnancy). Tested positive BHCG day8 after transfer +hcg22 day11+hcg53 day16 hcg56 day18 dropped hcg36. Can the reason of miscarriage be the use of antihistamine ? can antihistamine stop implantation from continuing ?

I went from 20mg Celexa, to 10mg of Lexapro. Celexa has two isomers, one of which is more potent (the S isomer, thus "escitalopram" instead of "arcitalopram.) (r)citalopram has actually been shown to blunt the effects of escitalopram, and that's half of Celexa. So theoretically, taking just the (s) isomer has greater antidepressant activity. You would think 10mg of Lexapro equates to 20mg Celexa, but this isn't the case.

s so similar to Prilosec, when the drug company lost their patent for Prilosec, they removed a isomer and named it Nexium. (Similar to what happen with Celexa and Lexapro) I don't get how Nexium is category B and Prilosec is C? How did you get your insurance to pay for it?

hi, i have suffered from possible salicylate induced urticaria for about 18 months, recently my gp switched my anti-histamine from ceterizine to desloratadine and even though i occasionally still have mild reactions this medication really seems to help. However i am now suffering from a totally different skin condition, unlike anything i hav ever had before. It started about 9 weeks ago.

t have luck with Lexapro, Celexa which is a very closely related drug (Lexapro is the only active stereo isomer of Celexa) and a lot of people find it to work for them if Lexapro didn't. I had a bad experience with Paxil and Lexapro and decided to leave the SSRIs alone but they do work for many people and my doctor was not pleased at my unwillingness to try Celexa.

t just get a cheap generic vitamin, because many of their ingredients are actually not absorbable or are a stereo-isomer not recognized by the body. Pony up the money for a good multivitamin from a vitamin or nutrition store.

Don't be too hard on yourself, one dose is not the end of the world, and not what I would classify as a relapse. I started taking fexofenadine 180mg per day with no results for about a week. Also took benadryl for a week with no results.
