Took for 1week 5mg desloratadine after my ivf. transfer. Started the antihistamine day 6 after embryo transfer without thinking or consulting the dr.(i always took it during pregnancy and thought its safe but never at such an early stage of pregnancy). Tested positive BHCG day8 after transfer +hcg22 day11+hcg53 day16 hcg56 day18 dropped hcg36. Can the reason of miscarriage be the use of antihistamine ? can antihistamine stop implantation from continuing ?
She recommends me to take desloratadine antihistamine every time this rashes appear again. i need your help.. is there any way that this allergy will not occur even though i would not take this kind of medicine? Kindly reply..

i went to dermatologist and he gave Desloratadine and citrizine for 2 weeks....during the medication it is ok,but after 2 weeks again the same condition.So i dint went to doctor again.Before all this i tried Levocitrizine and i felt better than above drugs ,so im now taking citrizine for once for 2 days and if i stop taking it ,again got same (symtomps)condition.So how long should i take this drugs? becouse i dont know about H1 or H2 drugs.Please gave me effective drugs and how to take.
Hello, I am writing because I need help. I am a 26 years old male and I have recently been diagnosed with chronic urticaria. My symptoms started 3 months ago when my skin started itching and I developed some dyshidrosis in my hands. I consulted my GP and he suggested it could be some allergy due to spring (south hemisphere) that we should wait maybe it would go on its own. It didn't.
So I made a consult with a dermatologist.
I have tried every available birth control on the market. Such as the pill, patch, nova ring, diaphragm, sponge, IUD, to condoms. Any hormonal variation causes sever and lasting yeast infections. I also have a latex allergy so we use non-latex condoms which break 1out of 3 times. Other then a tubal is there anything I'm missing? I also strictly chart my ovulation so I can keep and eye on that too. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you also have asthma that is hard to control, you may want to discus Xolair with your doctor. That is for allergic asthma. Your IgE level definitely would qualify you for that treatment option.

A lot of antibiotics cause birth control to be ineffective.
You can find easily an over the counter over-the counter antihistamines (e.g., loratadine, desloratadine, cetirizine, fexofenadine) which can be used to help with symptoms. You may also use over the counter smoothening, antipruritic agents to get relief. Also use mild soaps and calamine lotion which helps in soothing the skin.
If the symptoms persist then you may need topical steroids.
I been on birth control pills for 5 years, about a year ago the doctor switched my birth control pills to a lower dose due to my blood pressure, while im on the pills my period pretty much came when it was suppose to, but starting last month it was a week late very light and this month its already a week late and no sign.. there has been no change in anything beside now im on 3 times of alllergy pills, my question is, is this normal? why all of a sudden my period is acting like this?
This can cause bloating of stomach and consequent breathlessness. Check with your doctor for adequate control of asthma. Ventolin or salbutamol is a rescue inhaler, that means you take this when you have an episode of Asthma. There are reliever inhalers which work for up to 12 hours after taking each dose. Steroids are unlikely to cause these reactions. Steroids are given to control allergic or inflammatory responses, so they are unlikely to cause allergic reactions. The symptom described by you could be due to neuropathy. It is a disorder of the nerves which causes numbness, tingling, unusual sensations and sometimes pain. Diabetes Mellitus can cause neuropathy.
You may take Vitamin C along with the prescribed treatment. Vitamin C is a general anti-allergy supplement. Also apply calamine lotion and a mild steroid cream like dermacort on the rash.

Your daughter will start on a higher dose, in order to control the asthma. Once her asthma is in control, your doctor will find the lowest dose necessary to control her symptoms. There are many ways you can help to control her symptoms is by removing any environmental triggers she may have. Has she had allergy testing yet?

Hello, i am 34 years old, Male, (Never Married), (Never Smoke), (Never Drink) - i am having this severe cough problem since 2010/2011, every year i caught up by this severe cough sometime seasonal allergies (September to March) And sometime non-seasonal, at the start, from 2010 to 2015 i did not notice about it and i never went to any doctor to treat it, i thought it was a normal cough and when ever the cough caught me , it went away by its own, after 2/3/4 months of severe DRY cough.
