Avatar f tn This pain continued until the Ibuprofen no longer helped and I went to the emergency clinic for help. They diagnosed me with a cervical sprain and prescribed me Cyclobenzaprine and Tylenol-Codeine as well as applied a muscle relaxant shot and sent me on my way. I started the prescription regimen that day. Two days later, I began to lose hearing in my right ear. It felt as though it was "full" of water or wax or the like.

Avatar n tn I've had this constant migraine headache (in back of my head & neck, sometimes in temples) that started a week before last friday. I've had 5 primary physician visits & 3 neurological doctor visits, and neither can tell me anything. I've had MRI's run (everything was normal), there is no history of migraines in my family, my diet is actually VERY consistent and has not changed, and i don't typically get headaches or migraines.
Avatar n tn My new doctor prescribed me Cyclobenzaprine for my muscles spams but I take celexa on my regular basis. I remember he told me to be careful in no combining those two. Tonight, I took my celexa around 1am. At 3:55am, I forgot I took the celexa and I took Cyclobenzaprine. Do you think is something I should be worry? I looked online about the drug interaction and they say could be deadly. I am very worry. Any advice of what I can do? Do I gonna be okay?
Avatar n tn Based on the findings, Cyclobenzaprine HCl should be used with caution in subjects with mild hepatic impairment starting with the 5 mg dose and titrating slowly upward. Due to the lack of data in subjects with more severe hepatic insufficiency, the use of Cyclobenzaprine HCl in subjects with moderate to severe impairment is not recommended. http://www.drugs.com/pro/cyclobenzaprine.
Avatar f tn I saw another Dr a few weeks later who gave me Meloxicam and cyclobenzaprine - I took a higher dosage daily for about 3 weeks and it really helped. Had a lot less pain. Pressure left from my face, only occasional shooting spasm pain. She said my tension in my neck and shoulders was pretty bad and I even saw a dentist and wear a mouth guard.
Avatar m tn He has tried Wellbutrin for the depression but seemed to make the headaches worse. His physician gave him Cyclobenzaprine and Ambien to help with sleep but nothing seems to improve his sleeping. His quality of life is poor needless to say and it affects our family as a whole. I am consulting another neurologist next week to see if there is something we are missing or any treatments that might help his situation. Any thoughts???
Avatar n tn It may be aggravated due to prolonged sitting in a position for a long time. You have gone for MRI of the neck. Please go for an MRI of the entire spine. There could be a nerve compression in the lumbar region caused by improper posture or prolonged sitting. Please go for physiotherapy and a neurologist consultation after going for the MRI of spine. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
Avatar n tn Can I took two tablets of ic oxycodone 5-325, can I take my ic cyclobenzaprine 5 mg with it?
2085202 tn?1373199740 Have been on lorazepam and cyclobenzaprine muscle relaxers then have been taking them rather frequently but still following the proper dosage instructions. Started getting respitory depression think I almost died....stopped breathing in sleep...lungs seemed depleted yet constricted...weak in the diaphragm. Went off it now and now feeling what seems almost like heart attack symptoms.
Avatar m tn Do you have a prescription for the Cyclobenzaprine? I would look for it and be ready to share it with your potential employer. Also, I would ask them what they found. Are you sure there isn't something you are leaving out? As long as you have a prescription for it you should be safe. It's illegal for them to discriminate against a legal medication that is prescribed by a doctor.
461993 tn?1245693352 Yeah, sleep will take a little while; try OTC sleep aids...worked for me. the worst part for me was the RLS..
483757 tn?1208481255 I have even tried safe essential oils, herbs, vitamins and massage. NOTHING IS HELPING and I am barely able to care for my 18 month old, let alone prepare for a newborn. My Neurologist said that I should be able to go on Lamictal to replace the Neurontin by my third trimester as all development has already taken place but my OB won't budge. My Rheumatologist suggested steroids because I have underlying myositis and arthritis but OB rejected that, too.
1243543 tn?1269124022 ve taken cyclobenzaprine myself for muscle spasms. When you first start taking, it might make you feel a little strange, and it can blur your vision a little. But as you begin to get use to it these side effects tend to go away. You don't have to be frightened of it, just be cautious. And don't drive or anything, til you get used to it. I've never heard of anyone taking half a pill, but its probably a good idea until you get use to it. And hopefully, it will make you feel better.
Avatar f tn 27-yr old female with overall good health but some emotional issues. Currently on Wellbutrin for depression, Lamictal for mood swings, Xanax as needed for panic attacks, and birth control (Yaz). Mental health well-managed with therapy and drugs. History of B12 deficiency that has been resolved. No history of headache. The pain has been completely unresponsive to all analgesics. No medicine has caused even slight relief.
Avatar f tn My neurologist just gave me some samples of Amrix, a time relased form of Cyclobenzaprine Hydrocholoride. He prescribed it for the pain and limited range of motion caused by tight neck muscles that didn't respond to stretching excersises. This is day two and I find it a remarkable improvement. I take it once a day in the evening and it seems the main sleepiness side effect is over while I sleep while the benefits remain the next day.
Avatar f tn Thank you for your quick response to my question. What would these drugs do to interfere with the outcome?
Avatar f tn Just wanted to know if someone could give me an answer to what might be my issue. Will try to sum up everything.... As a child, I was in a car accident (car lost control, pinned me against a building). Was left with a significant leg length discrepancy (10cm). 2011, had shortening procedure. Now I have neurological issues...lots. For years, I've had back pain. Over the years, it's gotten worse. I started having burning sensations.
Avatar m tn Among the drugs you are taking Cymbalta causes memory loss, Pamelor, cyclobenzaprine, nortriptyline, hydrocodone and promethazine cause confusion, Tramadol causes hallucination and together all these drugs can affect your memory. You need a serious revision of your prescription. Please consult your treating doctor. Take care!
Avatar f tn Experiencing a migraine while 7 weeks pregnant and i would normally pop a migraine pill but obviously cant. Has anypne ever taken tylenol during pregnancy? I read that it is the safest thing to take but just nervous.
