colon cleansing and acai berry

Has anyone tried the ACIA / COLON cleansing pills, drink whatever.... they say the fat just comes right off?!?! Comeon now... Does that really work, im trying to get opinons before i try it!!!

I am starting a colon cleaning diet with maximum burn and natural clean, because I had seen online at the CNN website that it really works fast. The products are cheep to buy as a trial and this is my second day on the pills. I only want to clean out my body and loose a bit of the belly flab, is this diet as safe and simple as I had heard? Has anyone on Medhelp ever tried the diet before?

You can buy acai berries and acai berry powder from health food stores and vitamin shops, but really it won't have any effect on your weight. Acai berries are good for you and have lots of antioxidants, but so do any other berries! It's a lot cheaper and more beneficial to get a wide variety of fruits in your diet rather than one singular variety.

it is all over the web but I am very skeptical of it because there are all these stories out there but they are all the same just different names? they say to take the Accai Berry supplement in the morning and at night and then the Colon Cleanse supplement at night? they say they are shedding like 30 pounds in a month to a month and a half. I just read and watch about acai berry products how it helps to reduce the weight. I wanted to ask is it safe to take acai berry power 500 or any acai berry product without any doctor's recommendation? pls anyone let me know it about acai berry as i am very impressed to read about that and wanna give a try for myself. but i am afraid of any side effects.

update: it has been two weeks since I took acai berry and had a violent reaction that landed me in the emergency room. I had to go on two rounds of prednisone and benedryl. I am still having some reactions, but am getting better. I keep getting a palm smell in my nose, and my lips feel numb as I try to wean my self off prednisone. I have filed a report with the FDA, and feel that anyone trying this product should check with their doctor first. For some, this is very deadly.

The real thing is found in good health food stores, and is just acai berries or acai juice, preferably organically grown. If it's bought from people doing direct marketing, caveat emptor.

I was given Brookline dark chocolate acai and blueberry candy bought at Costco. It was delious, and I ate four packets over two days. I had one unexplained diarrhea episode, but thought it was from new Chinese restaurant. Now I think it was from the acai. I have known allergies to poison icy (severe), mangoes, and cashews (mild). I will avoid acai going forward. I think I will let Costco know that they might want to post an allergy alert.

I think the Acai is really healthy for you. I drink a vitamin water that has it in it, the antioxidants are great for you!!! I have also heard it helps with digestion. As far as a weight loss method....I really don't know. I am a hard core believer in successful weight loss coming from proper nutrition and exercise.

try the acai berry diet. i don't know what you've tried, but if you google acai berry diet it has had some pretty decent success. or you could always try the old school method of burn more calories than you consume.
