Common Questions and Answers about Coldplay scientist

1207048 tn?1282174304 I have a Coldplay obsession happening lately. Drives my son potty. We have Metallica happening at one end of the house and Coldplay at the other. Talk about a clash of cultures. I LOVE their live versions. Although I think Chris Martin looks like a lunatic sometimes the way his nose almost touches his piano. Though as my daughter points out, if you are a multi-millionaire talented musician married to Gwynth Paltrow you can do whatever you blummin well like...!
Avatar f tn Till Kingdom Come by Coldplay makes me cry cuz I'm going to sing it to my baby but basically anything about my baby being born makes me cry cuz I'm so happy :p

Avatar n tn t think anyone knows what causes FMS, but as Ree4tu said, most physicians/scientist believe it can be triggered by infection, stress, or physical injury. With that in mind, it makes sense to me (and I'm not a doctor or scientist) that the trauma you went through could have triggered FMS. It would probably be impossible to prove, though.
Avatar m tn Nobel prize winner, two scientist said, within 4 years, they will invent the prevension of AIDS. u can look at them. do u know anything about it.
Avatar f tn Chimerex is another that I read up on yesterday. It is hoped to be used for life threatening viruses and HSV 1 and 2. The DRACO drug, after speaking with the lead scientist, is having funding issues. The money they've received from NIH is running out and is only enough to support one scientist, not the 4 included in the research. They can only receive funding from government entities and well established corps or businesses.

973741 tn?1342342773 Oh, I know . . . always exceptions and everyone is different. But this came across my news feed as what a study showed is the usual order of covid 19 symptoms. 1. Fever 2. then cough develops 3. then muscle aches/joint pain 4. Then nausea and vomiting. 5. diarrhea is next. (different from Sars which usually sees diarrhea before nausea).
Avatar f tn My husband and I love the name Dexter. We got it from the little red headed scientist cartoon dexters laboratory, but everyone who ive told so far has assumed its from that new show Dexter about the csi sereal killer guy... I know I shouldnt let others people sway my opinion but still I dont want people to think my kids named after a killer...
1310633 tn?1430224091 Thanks for sharing El. I admit I have not yet read the article, but I will. You know I don't quite understand this all .... and certainly I should. For instances if one has multiple cysts (inoperable) on the nerve roots of their spine, or if one has severe DDD or Spinal Stenosis, or a failed back surgery mesh.... the list could go on.... isn't this a reason to have chronic pain? Are the scientist saying that we shouldn't feel this pain??
148588 tn?1465778809 “Board members may not participate in advisory activities that directly or indirectly involve review or evaluation of their own work.” This means that a scientist who had published a peer-reviewed paper on a particular topic would not be able to advise the EPA on the findings contained within that paper. That is, the very scientists who know the subject matter best would not be able to discuss it.
1028452 tn?1537448484 a rather dim, narrow and over generalized view on philosophical belief systems, but coming from a scientist... not at all a surprise. Maybe so called, "good" people do bad things because they were never good to begin with... some people are just downright rotten and, that has nothing to do with religion... it has everything to do with personal integrity... or the lack of it, thereof.
Avatar m tn My mother in law is 76 and a Christian Scientist, so she will not go to a doctor. Her feet are swollen and purple in color, dry and she has a hard time walking. Is this bad circulation?
Avatar m tn I have talked to 3 doctors and 1 top HIV PHD Research scientist at UCLA and all the docs agree that I do not have HIV and I should have stopped testing a long time before after I received the RNA results. Still my question is about the ARS symptoms and the possibility of them coming from a needle stabbing. No, I'm not crazy and I do not need to seek mental help. My issue is physical I feel skin pain, my skin is now hypersensitive.
Avatar m tn Calorie expenditure depends on the person's size(weight, body fat percentage, amount of lean muscle) and the level and length of activity. So, it varies too much to generalize.
Avatar f tn Hi, I'm going to see a councellor tomorrow because I think I have OCD. I'll keep things brief cause I'm about 100 percent sure I have it - the main thing is that I get horrible images all the time that I can't control and they make me feel like an awful person. I am also highly paranoid and I always overly worry about things and get really anxious. Another thing is that I wash my hands a lot and worry about germs and catching or passing on disease.
415867 tn?1323365503 oh my goodness there are so many...I don't know how religious you are but there's a country song called "I saw God today" about a man waiting for his daughter to be born...and the end is "got my face pressed up against the nursery glass...she's sleeping like a rock, my name on her wrist wearing tiny pick socks. she's got my nose she's got her momma's eyes...my brand new baby girl...she's a miracle...I saw God today.
Avatar f tn I dont have this problem since I am rh positive, but I'm a clinical lab scientist and if your are sensitized, you no longer qualify for rhogham or rophylac. Your children now have a possibility of getting hemolytic disease of newborn if he's a rh positive baby, because your anti d attacks his positive d cells. And it gets worst with every pregnancy. Baby will be monitored for bilirubin levels while in útero and if anemia will requier transfusions while in útero and after birth too.
8751845 tn?1400424853 I dont understand y ppl come up to me and tell me my stomach getting bigger..... umhh im not a rocket scientist or anything and this is my first pregnancy but im pretyy sure that's what my stomach suppose to do!!

Avatar n tn Hi, how long has it been since you had the skin test done? It should be read after 48-72 hours. It should be read by a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, nurse or doctor. A positive is >= 10mm. But It should be read at the largest area across and it should be firm feeling or hard and dense. If it is just red then it is likely to be a reaction or something else. So they have to feel it. Have you had the BGG vaccine? If so that will cross react with the PPD skin test too.
Avatar m tn Because I am bloody worried. Have some empathy instead of being nasty. I am not a scientist or a specialist. I have no agenda, I am desperate.
Avatar n tn pdf It seems that this doctor is performing Peripheral Laser Atherectomy on cerebral arteries, and that he has had success in helping dementia patients. A doctor has been working with this technique for about 10 years. Is there any doctor or scientist in the United States who is working with this technique? This sounds very interesting.
163305 tn?1333668571 I read something a while back that a physician/scientist in Canada has been trying to patent a drug that "cures" multiple cancers, but big pharma stands in the way. There's more money in "treating" rather than "curing" cancer but there is money to be made in the cure as well.
