Struggling to go to the toilet when passing urine, like the feeling you need to go again even after you have been. Really bad bloating and diarrhea but only go once a week. Remember many people get through their treatment without suffering any major side-effects and hopefully this will be the case with you. So I would relax and forget it. If you worry about a decrease in libido, you'll definitely get a decrease in libido!
