She gave me paracetamol, ciprofloxacin and bismuth pectin. The fever promptly went away and did not came back, I still have diarrhea but much milder (I'm writing this a day later). I was wondering if this could be acute retroviral syndrome. I don't have any other symptom like sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, night sweats, ulcers in the mouth or genitals, weight loss etc. I've been tested to hiv prior to this exposure and the result was negative. Please help me.
I don't know if I have Trich or not but I was wondering if taking Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x daily would cure it?
the lightest drug is paracetamol but do not use it frequently and high dose, even paracetamol or aspirin can make cirrhosis on people without hbv if overused
check your vitamin d level (new normal levels 50-90ng/ml) because it is low on all hbvers and can make bones pain and headheache plus viread lowers bone mineral density and calcium/vitamin levels shoould be checked and kept at optimal blood levels
after i reached a vitamin level 30ng/ml i never experienced bone pians and headaches anymor

I'm 10+6 and caught a terrible cold. my nose is blocked and all that can help me at the moment is the nasal spray Sudafed. My doctor said better not to use sudafed, but to take paracetamol instead. paracetamol doesn't unblock my nose though. what are your thoughts on this? have u some other advices? i'm miserable! :(

I had unprotected exposure in Dec 2013, but all tests are negative except bacterial infection on penis. And also I was on antibiotics from last 10 days amoxicillin+Ciprofloxacin from 22_31 March , Just after 2 day of finishing prescription I developed these rashes. Please help me can it be any STD, I just feel very mild burning,irritation only.

Paracetamol is safe to take during pregnancy
Most drugs used for short term in people with non-cirrhotic livers are ok. i would avoid aspirin like drugs though. Paracetamol is good.
Yes, 2 grams of paracetamol (acetaminophen in the US) a day is a lot for a sick liver. My doctor gave me paracetamol with codeine, so I took less paracetamol but still got pain relief. What does his doctor say?
I've been taking Ciprofloxacin for about a week. On tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in a while, and for the past few days my shoulder muscles have been sore. I saw on the instructions with my medicine that there's a risk of tendonitis while taking Ciprofloxacin, is this something I should be worried about? I wouldn't have exercised that much if I had known. The soreness has been getting steadily better.
s never a good idea to mix any medications, including over the counter meds, with alcohol - and especially any meds with acetaminophen (the active ingredient in paracetamol or tylenol). This can increase the risk for liver damage.
However, if this was a one time happening, I would say your chances of developing any problems from this one time event would be very low.
I know a person who has a low grade continuous fever with weakness for last 7 days. No chills and rigor, no sweating. She feels weakness in her limbs. the fever subsides only when she takes antipyretics(paracetamol). She is 45 years old. She has developed bronchial asthma some months back. She does not have hypertension and diabetes mellitus. What are the possible causes?
By taking (ciprofloxacin or antibiotics) is there a possibility that can affect the sign & symptoms or ARS of hiv after 2 – 4 weeks exposure??
