I don't know if I have Trich or not but I was wondering if taking Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x daily would cure it?
Hello dears! Four weeks after unprotected oral en protected vaginal sex with a csw, 2nd week after the exposure urethral discharge, painful peeing en testicular pain. Swab and urine test for gono en chlamydia came back negative last week! What else can this be? Discharge is cleared but lower abdominal pain en testicular pain still there! Today got ciprofloxacin perscribed for a week! Any info would be highly appreciated!!
Thy took my urine a test the sister tells me I have blood in my urine and I have a urine infection as for the nurse ddnt tell me anything just wrote on my file and gave me tablets Hyospasmal tablets to take 1 3 times a day and ibuprofen to take 2 3 times a day and biotech ciprofloxacin to take one in the morning and one in the evening so is tht tablets for UTI PLZ HELP
I went to a doctor again, they took samples from my ear and the result was Enterococcus faecalis bacteria. I got ear drops with Ciprofloxacin since I already took amoxicillin which the bacteria turned out to me sensitive to.
3) June: My symptoms do not go away, and the doctors now say I do not have a middle ear infection but an outer ear infection. The ear is constantly 'wet' and the fluid coming from it has a weird smell.
Is it true you shouldn't take ibuprofen it can harm the baby? I just seen this today while doing research as to this is my first. i have been taking it before I found out I was thinking my period was coming and I've always had bad cramps so I know to start taking it before my period comes to help with the pain. Should I be worried that I've harmed the baby from taking it? I'm 5 weeks BTW.

Can Kidney pain be a side effect of taking Ibuprofen? I was taking ibuprofen last week consecutively for 3 days (400mg t.i.d) after laser eye surgery. A day or so after starting it I experienced mild pain/discomfort in my left flank that came in waves. When I stopped taking the ibuprofen the flank pain also stopped.
The next day I took one more dose - the flank pain started again within an hour, but was gone the next day.
Its good to check with your dr, but I've been on ibuprofen 600mg every 6 hours since 17weeks. I'm 30 now and will stop at 32. Everything will be fine for you!

It is difficult to say if they are due to the underlying disease or due to ciprofloxacin. You should consult your doctor for a complete evaluation and diagnosis.
They gave me a shot of ceftriaxone and told me to continue with the doxycycline. The ceftriaxone helped a great deal (swelling went down almost immediately) but as I continued the course of doxy the problem began to get worse again.
I followed up with a urologist. He put me on Cipro for 14 days, 500 mg PO BID. By day 11, the problem finally seemed totally resolved. 5 days after stopping the Cipro, I can feel it beginning to come back.
I have a really wierd discharge from my penis after successful Chlamydia treatment. During the first round of Chlamydia treatment, azithromycin didn't work according to my retest, so I took Doxycycline and according to the results from the test last Saturday- I am now free and clear of both Chlamydia and Gonarrhea. However, I have this new type of discharge that happens in the morning. The discharge appears similar to semen but it can't be. Urination is painful.
