Hi, I had a mammogram Aug 27th which that the small node I have had for years has grown. Two days later I had an ultrasound that shows a hypoechoic structure deep within the chest wall and has a hyperechoic notch to it with an appeappearance of a benign lymph node but does not correlate with the position of the mammogram. Given the findings of this ultrasound and enlargemnt of the density on the mammogram biopsy is recommended. My question is would you take it out completely?

I had a swollen right testicle which was treated by ciprofloxacin 500g twice daily. The swelling went and the pain in the testicle reduced but then my left one started to hurt, is that conman for the infection to swap sides. I also have pain in my lower back and lower abdomen and very painful headaches. The doctor didn't seem to bothered about it or even check it over. They have prescribed me another 10 day course of ciprofloxacin.
In parallel, we did the semen analysis also at a Urology center. They have prescribed Ciprofloxacin 500mg for 14 days-2 dosage each day. At the moment I stopped taking thyroxine and taking only Cipro.
Our worry is whether the hypothyrodism is causing issue in low fertility and motility or the infection in semen (for suggesting to take Ciprofloxacin) the main problem now?
Is hypothyrodism resolved with the intake of Ciprofloxacin or are both different issues? Please clarify.
I've been taking Ciprofloxacin for about a week. On tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in a while, and for the past few days my shoulder muscles have been sore. I saw on the instructions with my medicine that there's a risk of tendonitis while taking Ciprofloxacin, is this something I should be worried about? I wouldn't have exercised that much if I had known. The soreness has been getting steadily better.
By taking (ciprofloxacin or antibiotics) is there a possibility that can affect the sign & symptoms or ARS of hiv after 2 – 4 weeks exposure??

Within the left ovary is a complex cystic structure measuring 4.4 x 4.8 x 4.5 cm. Some sepatation is present with half of the cystic structure having either dense internal debris or a somewhat solid component. No color flow is appreciated in this abnormal half of the cystic structure. No other mass or lesion or free fluid is present wihtin the left adnexa. My doctor called and told me an irregular cystic structure was found on my left ovary along with a cyst. Could this be an ectopic pregnancy? I have had all the signs of being pregnant. This is frustrating because no one seems to be telling me anything.
My right side of my abdomen was killing me a week later I ended up in the er with severe pain and bleeding. An inner and outer US showed a 6.8cm separated cystic structure and ovarian lesion. Gon) which came back negative. He also prescribed a 10 day course of ciprofloxacin which alleviated the symptoms. However, one week after treatment the symptoms are back and I am left worried.
I did start the ciprofloxacin course (two tablets) before the urine testing. Would that interfere with the results?
Any thoughts?
