Hello sir , I am 22 yrs old & I had swelling on the foreskin of my penis for which my doctor prescribed cetrizine , doxycycline hyclate tablets & Lobate gm ointment (i had no idea that it contains steroid) .After 5 to 6 days that swelling or inflammation was gone . BUT now i guess there is ulcer or sore on the tip of my penis(not the foreskin) .Now My doctor has prescribed CIFRAN 500 & Doxycycline .Is it balantis or something related to syphilis ?? what should i do now ?

finally i consulted a doctor and he said it was Balinitis. he gave me ointment and 6 different medicines for 20 days. still the infection is not gone. then again he chenged the medicine and ointment and advised me another 7 days course of the 3 new tablets. why it is not being cured even after so many days of medication ?

Problem is i started getting patches of raised bumps , like pimples and they itch , never had this before now .. I read you should not use zovirax ointment on the inside vaginal are , what do I do , My Doctor evidently does not give directions well or is this not the case, iam scared been withmy husband 16yrs and never had any problems and all of a sudden I have raised bumps all over ... What antibiotic is better to take for a tooth infection/ absess tooth Ciprofloxacin or Bactrim?
I’ve been on Keflex, doxycycline, mupirocin ointment, and I’m currently 3 days into a 7 day course of ciprofloxacin and metronidazole. No change in symptoms thus far.
Does anyone have any clues as to what this could be? It is extremely debilitating as every movement is a struggle.

I have a sore on my tongue that's been there awhile. The ear nose & throat doctor said it is irritation & hard to heal. I'm taking Lysine tablets 500 mg 3xs daily. Just started .I have seen L-Lysine ointment by basic organics. People use it for core sores & ulcers on the inside of lip. Would it be safe to dab a small amount on my tongue to help battle this condition faster. It is painful & very frustrating.
My dog has weepy eyes again & we have a tube of otocomb*otic ointment that I'm pretty sure we used last time.

I had a swollen right testicle which was treated by ciprofloxacin 500g twice daily. The swelling went and the pain in the testicle reduced but then my left one started to hurt, is that conman for the infection to swap sides. I also have pain in my lower back and lower abdomen and very painful headaches. The doctor didn't seem to bothered about it or even check it over. They have prescribed me another 10 day course of ciprofloxacin.
In parallel, we did the semen analysis also at a Urology center. They have prescribed Ciprofloxacin 500mg for 14 days-2 dosage each day. At the moment I stopped taking thyroxine and taking only Cipro.
Our worry is whether the hypothyrodism is causing issue in low fertility and motility or the infection in semen (for suggesting to take Ciprofloxacin) the main problem now?
Is hypothyrodism resolved with the intake of Ciprofloxacin or are both different issues? Please clarify.
I've been taking Ciprofloxacin for about a week. On tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in a while, and for the past few days my shoulder muscles have been sore. I saw on the instructions with my medicine that there's a risk of tendonitis while taking Ciprofloxacin, is this something I should be worried about? I wouldn't have exercised that much if I had known. The soreness has been getting steadily better.
