My diarrhea became better however the next day and the day after, I experienced mild to sharp stomach cramp due to excessive gas which I must discharge. The gas kept trembling in my internal organs around the belly button and it was intolerance. Eventually, I went back to the doctor and was given buscopan injection which finally stopped. I had took a total of 3 tablets of Cipro (500mg each) and could my problem be a side effect?
5 days.. It was ciprofloxacin... at first i had severe diarrhea on the 29th of December 2011.. actually i woke up with so much gas in my stomach and it was so painful that i crawled to the toilet to induce vomit so the gas would come out. I was going to the toilet for like 10-15 times a day at the start...
Then on the 2nd of January 2012, i went to the GP, and the doc gave me ciprofloxacin, says it might be bacteria..
I don't know if I have Trich or not but I was wondering if taking Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x daily would cure it?
However since I stopped the ciprofloxacin and seemed cured, month later it has returned with other troubling signs. Once again, pain in testicle, swollen something that when touched I feel like passing out (concerning) however no sharp pain.. occasionally I can mess with the pained testicle and cause me to pass gas (concerning) which only sometimes relieves the pain/abdominal bloat.
m on a regular 28 day cycle, meaning I was due again yesterday. However, I did begin taking ciprofloxacin. I was having pms symptoms before I took this medicine, but now they're gone. I read online about other women with this problem, who were up to a month late for their period. I'm younger than normal, and I know it was wrong and that I shouldn't have done anything to put me in the situation. But how much of a risk am I at for being pregnant?

Several months ago my doctor gave me a short course of an antibiotic (azithromycin) for bronchitis. I immediately noticed a change in my bowel movements that has continued until now. The cold and cough lasted for more than 2weeks for which I have to take clavox and then ciprofloxacin . After that I had severe attack of stomach upset followed by abdominal floating gas frequency for passing stools and I believe anal sores also.. I am already diagnosed for ibs and piles before.. but even after taking tablets for Ibsen. I still have the stomach problems. Do I have to check for hiv now... can I have unprotected sex with my wife. Please advise.

I apologize in advance for the long read, but I'll greatly appreciate any advice anyone can offer. This has been bugging me for a while and I'm not sure what to do.
I had a swollen right testicle which was treated by ciprofloxacin 500g twice daily. The swelling went and the pain in the testicle reduced but then my left one started to hurt, is that conman for the infection to swap sides. I also have pain in my lower back and lower abdomen and very painful headaches. The doctor didn't seem to bothered about it or even check it over. They have prescribed me another 10 day course of ciprofloxacin.
In parallel, we did the semen analysis also at a Urology center. They have prescribed Ciprofloxacin 500mg for 14 days-2 dosage each day. At the moment I stopped taking thyroxine and taking only Cipro.
Our worry is whether the hypothyrodism is causing issue in low fertility and motility or the infection in semen (for suggesting to take Ciprofloxacin) the main problem now?
Is hypothyrodism resolved with the intake of Ciprofloxacin or are both different issues? Please clarify.
I've been taking Ciprofloxacin for about a week. On tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in a while, and for the past few days my shoulder muscles have been sore. I saw on the instructions with my medicine that there's a risk of tendonitis while taking Ciprofloxacin, is this something I should be worried about? I wouldn't have exercised that much if I had known. The soreness has been getting steadily better.
I used a condom, but about a week after I started passing a lot of gas and a I felt bloated all the time. My tailbone also hurt a lot. So I went to the doc and for six months he could not figure out what was wrong with me. After six months he told me I had a prostate infection so he put me on ciprofloxacin for 35 days. I didn't get better so he said I was lactose intolerant. I kept going back and he could not figure out what was wrong with me.

Had diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps. Took ciprofloxacin, 2x 250mg per day for 5 days. Diarrhea subsided but nausea + stomach pain continued. On return have had 6 parasite tests - Aeromonas Hydrophilia found, but ciprofloxacin taken. No other parasites. Symptoms are worse over 2 years.
Symptoms:
- Constant nausea 20 mins after eating, worse in evening, and vomiting if no anti-emetics taken.
