Now presently I am still getting these raised (swollen?) bites randomly on my arms, legs, and torso. My dog recently had fleas and we treated her, but I don't think I'm getting bit by fleas and I have searched my room and bed and cannot find any. This is getting out of hand and I am constantly itching these bites. Any idea what could be going on?
If the vet said you should use it then yes, but even when you apply it in the ear it's absorbed and reachs the blood. I'd say wait and ask the vet, maybe just one drop has more drug that your dog can take...just call him on the phone and ask, it's better than spending more money if it happens to be bad for the dog!
I'd call and ask your doctor. I wouldn't tolerate or be able to handle being around a dog like that. Sounds like it's being extra territorial. I don't know how to handle a dog like that..you can't really put it in a kennel because it'll bark nonstop. Is there someone that knows the dog that can watch it for awhile?
There's 2 bites on my legs that are perfectly 1 inch apart, I rarely go outside and I don't know where these bites are coming from. At first I thought they're ant bites but there's no way that's possible. My sister has 2 bite marks on her lower back that are also 1 inch apart. She also have 3 bite marks on her right shoulder that are 1 inch apart from each other in a curved line which scares me a lot. Her bite marks are more red than mine, mine is just a little bit pink.
When we got our dog he brought fleas home with him. they spreaded really fast. They were biting us. In one day our two cats already had them. we bought some flea powder for the carpet and spray for the furniture. and than we got advantage for our pets. we locked our pets up in another room. and put the powder everywere!! closets, under furniture you name it. and took the spray to the furniture. It had to stay a day I think. And than you vacume it up.
Had diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps. Took ciprofloxacin, 2x 250mg per day for 5 days. Diarrhea subsided but nausea + stomach pain continued. On return have had 6 parasite tests - Aeromonas Hydrophilia found, but ciprofloxacin taken. No other parasites. Symptoms are worse over 2 years.
Symptoms:
- Constant nausea 20 mins after eating, worse in evening, and vomiting if no anti-emetics taken.
I don't know if I have Trich or not but I was wondering if taking Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x daily would cure it?
My husband and I were not really into rescuing dogs we did cats but I had a soft spot for this dog. It worked out well for us but did take a lot of work. We did not put her in classes for her issue I was scared she would bite the dog instructor.
If you don't mind me asking what we're you and your guest doing at the time you got bit? Did the dog just run and attack you or were you petting or caring for him?
My dog has sore and scabs and dandruff flaking and has a weird smell. My vet says it's from fleas, but I think there is more going on??

On my girlfriend it looks like small bumpy rashes, and on the baby, it looks like bug
