I don't know if I have Trich or not but I was wondering if taking Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x daily would cure it?

I'm 22 years old guy, I have a pharyngithis and tonsillits for 2 weeks, the doctor gave me 5 day ciprofloxacin ( I don't know if it works for tonsillitis ) and 7 day nimesulide. In the second day taking the ciprofloxacin, my throat pain went away and until now just the pharyngithis and tonsillits persistis.
you were given cipro for a cough? cipro has side effects you should contact your doctor since you're experiencing symptoms and they can give you somehting else, you shouldn't continue taking something that you're having a bad reaction to... I'm not a doctor and you should consult yours for further direction.

Meanwhile I was prescribed another amoxicillin clavulanate course, multiple fluconazole courses for my tongue and multiple courses valaciclovir, umifenovir and codeine for the chronic coughing.
Nothing seems to help to get rid of the chronic coughing and geographic tongue for good.

tons of blood test done all are normal, now doc told me to use ciprofloxacin for 10 days, its day 4 without any improvement, lost around 13 lbs, any suggestions?

It is difficult to say if they are due to the underlying disease or due to ciprofloxacin. You should consult your doctor for a complete evaluation and diagnosis.
After i left the medication and returned to normal life with my GF, my GF had urine infection from me, my doc put myself and my GF on ciprofloxacin for two weeks.
I am worried because after 8days I had cold and fever for2days. The cold and cough lasted for more than 2weeks for which I have to take clavox and then ciprofloxacin . After that I had severe attack of stomach upset followed by abdominal floating gas frequency for passing stools and I believe anal sores also.. I am already diagnosed for ibs and piles before.. but even after taking tablets for Ibsen. I still have the stomach problems. Do I have to check for hiv now...
The sympoms were nasal congestion (although not quite as much as I expected), sore throat, myalgia, ear congestion, lethargy, barking cough (prominent symptom) and mild fever. I rested and had a couple of days off work and then returned. I felt much better for a few days but then all the symptoms returned. I was put on antibiotics - in the end I had courses of amoxycillin, ciprofloxacin, and then a month of doxycycline (GP was concerned I may have Lyme disease and test was not back yet).
Hi guys need your advice, i have just came back from malaysia and had watery stools for a week. Just visited the doctor and she gave me ciprofloxacin antibiotics for five days. My diarrhea still persists. She claimed its a bacteria infection.
In parallel, we did the semen analysis also at a Urology center. They have prescribed Ciprofloxacin 500mg for 14 days-2 dosage each day. At the moment I stopped taking thyroxine and taking only Cipro.
Our worry is whether the hypothyrodism is causing issue in low fertility and motility or the infection in semen (for suggesting to take Ciprofloxacin) the main problem now?
Is hypothyrodism resolved with the intake of Ciprofloxacin or are both different issues? Please clarify.
I've been taking Ciprofloxacin for about a week. On tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in a while, and for the past few days my shoulder muscles have been sore. I saw on the instructions with my medicine that there's a risk of tendonitis while taking Ciprofloxacin, is this something I should be worried about? I wouldn't have exercised that much if I had known. The soreness has been getting steadily better.
I had a swollen right testicle which was treated by ciprofloxacin 500g twice daily. The swelling went and the pain in the testicle reduced but then my left one started to hurt, is that conman for the infection to swap sides. I also have pain in my lower back and lower abdomen and very painful headaches. The doctor didn't seem to bothered about it or even check it over. They have prescribed me another 10 day course of ciprofloxacin.
He did a urine test with culture found puss cells but no bacteria in culture. Doctor gave me Ciprofloxacin for 7days. Now pain is almost gone but penile discharge is still there.As per doctor it may be Uti. Will penile discharge will go away or should test for STD.
She got tested 3 weeks after and 6 weeks after her previous sexual encounter with someone else and came up clean. Recently I’ve been given antibiotics for prostatsis and after I began to have muscle and joint pain that tends to be in random areas. I also have oral thrush but I think that it’s due to me incorrectly using the inhaler I was prescribed. Prior to the sexual encounter I had severe chest congestion with no cough as well as neuropathy problems.
