I'd been on dexamethasone for bronchitis and then I went to hospital and they changed me to prednisone. I was also been on ciprofloxacin and roxithromycin so I'm not 100% sure what caused the rash.
On these drugs, my skin was perfectly clear, something that it has never been before. I've always had eczema and those tiny white follicle bumps all over.
I don't know if I have Trich or not but I was wondering if taking Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x daily would cure it?

Problem started while I was taking minocycline for acne. Went in to student health. NP RXed 10 days doxycycline, 100 mg PO BID, sent me to ER. Had an ultrasound, confirmed it was epididymitis plus a hydrocele. They gave me a shot of ceftriaxone and told me to continue with the doxycycline.

In the second day taking the ciprofloxacin, my throat pain went away and until now just the pharyngithis and tonsillits persistis.
Don't know if you actually have an infection or not, that's not what you're describing. I would ask, any digestive problems going on? Getting sick more often? Fungal infections? I ask because this is a risk of taking antibiotics -- they not only kill of harmful things, they also kill of the things that protect us from illness and make our digestive systems function properly. Might be the problem. Might not be.

It is difficult to say if they are due to the underlying disease or due to ciprofloxacin. You should consult your doctor for a complete evaluation and diagnosis.
( is there any good skin product that really does work at getting rid of acne, dark spots, bit still make your skin smooth?? Btw I have sensitive skin && some acne products make my skin dry :( please help?
I get it on my chest, back and face I have went to a derm since I was 18 but it never seemed to really help and I felt like since my acne was mild they never really cared. When I get acne it lasts for multiple weeks or months which is why its so agonizing especially cause afterwards I am left with post acne marks that can last up to a year. Hi guys need your advice, i have just came back from malaysia and had watery stools for a week. Just visited the doctor and she gave me ciprofloxacin antibiotics for five days. My diarrhea still persists. She claimed its a bacteria infection.
Doctor took blood for HIV and syphilis, and urine samples. Prescribed Ciprofloxacin for suspected chlamydia. The acne did not appear to be STD related...rather, simple folliculitis from all the new activity.
I don't have test results yet, and symptoms have gotten worse...fever, sore throat, coated tongue, a couple of bad canker sores, swollen glands, a mild swelling of the foreskin and glans penis - especially at the urethral opening.

Our worry is whether the hypothyrodism is causing issue in low fertility and motility or the infection in semen (for suggesting to take Ciprofloxacin) the main problem now?

I've been taking Ciprofloxacin for about a week. On tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in a while, and for the past few days my shoulder muscles have been sore. I saw on the instructions with my medicine that there's a risk of tendonitis while taking Ciprofloxacin, is this something I should be worried about? I wouldn't have exercised that much if I had known. The soreness has been getting steadily better.
