Atorvastatin is supposed to be one of the two most effective statins in lowing cholesterol so you are on a good one. Bioavailability is how well a med is absorbed and used by the body and bioavailability varies among the statins. It's actually a desired thing. The liver is the target organ so if it is slowed down in the liver (where this happens), it's in the target organ. But honestly, that is hard for me to understand.

Blood tests are not accurate for testing the active bioavailability of sex hormones in the cells and tissues. They only test what's in the blood stream. They aren't accurate for testing when a patient is using bioidentical topical creams. I had a swollen right testicle which was treated by ciprofloxacin 500g twice daily. The swelling went and the pain in the testicle reduced but then my left one started to hurt, is that conman for the infection to swap sides. I also have pain in my lower back and lower abdomen and very painful headaches. The doctor didn't seem to bothered about it or even check it over. They have prescribed me another 10 day course of ciprofloxacin.
In parallel, we did the semen analysis also at a Urology center. They have prescribed Ciprofloxacin 500mg for 14 days-2 dosage each day. At the moment I stopped taking thyroxine and taking only Cipro.
Our worry is whether the hypothyrodism is causing issue in low fertility and motility or the infection in semen (for suggesting to take Ciprofloxacin) the main problem now?
Is hypothyrodism resolved with the intake of Ciprofloxacin or are both different issues? Please clarify.
I've been taking Ciprofloxacin for about a week. On tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in a while, and for the past few days my shoulder muscles have been sore. I saw on the instructions with my medicine that there's a risk of tendonitis while taking Ciprofloxacin, is this something I should be worried about? ve been self medicating Ciprofloxacin AL 250mg as i thought it could be sithylis and hopeful this would clear it up.
So I have been ttc, used clear blue ovulation tests got my smiley faces had sex on them days and other days then found out I had a bacterial infection and have been taking ciprofloxacin for the infection will this affect my chances??

Yes, it is recommended you take it in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before food. Taking levothyroxine with food may cause reduced bioavailability and may lower drug levels leading to signs or symptoms of hypothyroidism. In addition, cottonseed meal, walnuts, and dietary fiber may decrease absorption of levothyroxine from the GI tract.
