I don't know if I have Trich or not but I was wondering if taking Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x daily would cure it?
I read online that the combination of Ciprofloxacin and Azithromycin can be dangerous. Is this still the case, if the last Ciprodose was one week before the 2g Azithromycin dose?
I am scheduled to have ureteral stent removal with shock wave lithotripsy in one week. I felt I had a UTI so doctor prescribed Ciprofloxacin. After taking the antibiotic for a week I have now developed severe abdominal pain & cramping. I took my first ever Oxycodone 2 nights ago and then last night so I could sleep. However, I'm going to stop the Cipro since I believe that is causing havoc. I also have not had a bowel movement in 3 days.
Ciprofloxacin has been linked to rare but occasionally severe and even fatal cases of acute liver injury.....
i m not a doctor but this is not assuring, our doctor always used agumentin, check with your doctor if that is suitable for your problem.
Well with the discharge gone and not returning as of yet (knock on wood) it does mean it is getting better.

No pain during urination and no discharge. I got tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea and HIV RNA at day 5 and day 13 after possible exposure and both came back negative. My symptoms started happening 5 days after my last sexual encounter. It has been 3 weeks with this pain now. I sometimes also feel my legs/feet hot and with some pain the back of my legs and buttocks. I am worried that I have something more serious but I cannot find information about STDs with my type of symptoms.
I had my gallbladder removed Wednesday and have been on Oxycodone since Wednesday night. For some reason it started affecting my sleep yesterday. I tried laying down for a nap but could not sleep. I slept an hour or two last night. When I try to go to sleep my thoughts start racing and I just cant sleep. I really could use some sleep. Help.

Sorry I missed one part of your question. Backhurtz is correct that the doctor is giving you dilaudid to take instead of the Oxycodone. That being said, you might want to call and ask what he or she wants you to do if they were not clear about it. Most times when I change meds my doctor gives me a written plan that entails reducing the drug I was on while at the same time increasing the drug he now wants me to take until I am completely switched over to the new drug.
The swelling went and the pain in the testicle reduced but then my left one started to hurt, is that conman for the infection to swap sides. I also have pain in my lower back and lower abdomen and very painful headaches. The doctor didn't seem to bothered about it or even check it over. They have prescribed me another 10 day course of ciprofloxacin.
Our worry is whether the hypothyrodism is causing issue in low fertility and motility or the infection in semen (for suggesting to take Ciprofloxacin) the main problem now?
Is hypothyrodism resolved with the intake of Ciprofloxacin or are both different issues? Please clarify.
Due to the above issue my wife's menstrual cycle extends upto 40 days if we do an intercourse. But if there is no intercourse it becomes normal of 30 days.

hi i had sexual encounter with a female kissing her and thenreceving oral sex on march 7, about 3 days later came up with a sore throat and excessive mucus from the mouth(spitting), then i met her again on march 23 and she gave me oral sex again, then 2 days later i had testicluar pain and was afraid so i wnet to the doctor a day after my symptoms.
ve suffered with chronic fatigue for the last 20 years, spent thousands on pills and potions but then I started having back pain and was given oxycodone. However this seems to help my fatigue and can be like a normal human with energy. I've had very bad days with oxycodone so wanted to know if there's something similar that I could take without having to use oxycodone? Or is it the oxycodone that's giving me the energy.
just the opiate and some other minor additives. For me there is no differnce between a 10mg oxycodone or a 10/500mg percocet even though they are both oxycodone.
So yeah.... a 5/500mg vicoden is probably down on the list where an 80mg oxycodone is at the top. It also depends on how many are prescribed at whatever time interval because most addicts do not stick to their presctiption such as myself.
By taking (ciprofloxacin or antibiotics) is there a possibility that can affect the sign & symptoms or ARS of hiv after 2 – 4 weeks exposure??
The dentist that did the work is and oral surgeon. I have been put on Ciprofloxacin 500 mg 2 times a day and Oxycodone for pain. Is this the proper treatment? This morning I called him to explain that I am sick to my stomach much of the time and the pain is from where my 31 tooth was up to the front of my ear. Along with the top and bottom front teeth. The left side of my throat is sore with some discomfront in swallowing.
I have swollen/retracted testicles with pain in the back of them which sometimes I can feel in my legs/buttocks. I also have some pain in urethra but no pain during urination and also no discharge. I have been taking Ciprofloxacin but hasn't really helped. I'm getting frustrated. Took chlamydia/gonohrrea/trich vaginosis after 5 days of protected sex with a girl I don't know much and all came back negative.
