So do you think panic and fear can be an extra side effect of cipralex and i should increase the above doze of xanax.

25 if i felt very bad ,,, since 1 year and 3 month am taking the cipralex and some times xanax ,., i feel so much better and almost everything gone but sometimes when i didnt sleep well i feel short in breathing , then if i sleep little bet more everything will be fine . till when am gonna stay taking this pills and is this gonna stay with me for ever ?

But for some reason since that I feel my anxiety has became worse than ever before I started taking the xanax, and also I started getting panic attacks where in the past I never had a panic attack ever. I decied to visit a pyschiatrist, he sat with me for half an hour and told me that there is no way that I am still experiencing xanax withdrawal after a month of stopping it as I only took it 25 days at 0.5 mg. He said that the withdrawal would have lasted maximum a week in my case.

Hello to everyone,i'm on cipralex several years diagnose with Ocd and anxiety disorder my dosage was initially 30mg now dicrease dosage 20mg,but these days are very bad i have again panic attacks every morning when wake up and i.m afraid that have some heart issue ,cause heart goes like crazy and start to shake and feel i will die ,and for this i take some xanax that distress me but i'm afraid if this happens again...

Is there any possibility to help a loved person on quit habits like taking cipralex & xanax & lots of other pills...? I am not very sure things are going well for that particular person... I myself discovered when around this "pills habits" accompanied by severe discomfort while sleeping, and sometimes heard the person speaking all alone... What I really mean is that for me was extremely difficult to currently leave a life with such a ... "dizzy" person..

ve given myself a break but then became depressed again the day before yesterday and with 3 hrs in the morning of motor activity and restlesness so restarted yesterday the cipralex based on pdocs view. Again the depression lessened directly but today i am very sleepy on and off (2 hrs asleep and 2 hrs awake all day long in addition to the 10 hrs at night). could you please tell me why i am so sleepy?. Hello everyone, and thanks a lot for reading my post. I have been struggling with "my case" for about 3 months now and I'm just getting worse and worse each day. And I'm in a city that doesn't have mental doctors. Here is my little story: I'm the type of person who worries a lot! I over think everything. The thing I over think is that I love someone who I stayed with for 6 years, and I loved her SOOOO badly, and so does she.

so a total of 4 tests done in a time of almost 6 months after that unlucky encounter, i got on medications like cipralex and xanax due to that scare i had and than i stopped after the test of 6 months came back negative. After i left the medication and returned to normal life with my GF, my GF had urine infection from me, my doc put myself and my GF on ciprofloxacin for two weeks.

4 weeks ago i started to go down a bit so i took lexapro/cipralex 5mg and i became happy for 10 days then i started to be anxious and moved around so i feared of becomic manic Upon asking the pdocs whether this was ADHD (usually comorbid with BP they said no, this is a usual side effect of BP) so i cut the cipralex and got back to the above combo. It was OK . Yesterday and today I have agressive behavior with depression.

I have tried just about all of them with no avail.My dr. put me on estradiol and prometrium but i am afraid to take them cause i smoke.Currently i'm on wellbutrin 75mg and .25 xanax. That helps some but i still fight this stuff everyday and i ad so tired of fighting. That's not to say i'm giving up,but i will be glad when all this is gone and i'm back to myself again.

Hi, I have been on Anxiety medication Ciraplex for almost 6 months as i got under the fear of HIV and had serious obsessive behaviour and was put on Cipralex and Xanax for 6 months, i Stopped taking it after i was tested negative for HIV after 6 months as i want to intoxicate myself from these medications.

Do i need to worry about these two pimples, because i have recently also started anxiety medication, Xanax and Cipralex for my depression and anxiety issues, can these pimples on my upper arm related to that or is this a concern for me? I would really appreciate if you can please answer.

Hi there, Welcome to the forum. I used and abused benzos for 9 years for the same reasons that you gave, anxiety, lack of sleep panic attacks and so on. Im tapering 11 months tomorrow and I'm 90% off. Now, You can not go CT on the benzos. You have to taper. What happened to you is that you were on xanax which gives you the "down" effect and you FEEL you need to sleep.

my fear is growing and i have started taking xanax and cipralex to stay calm, but i have started diaherrea from last two days and it is scaring me further. can someone advice if this diaherrea has to be anything with HIV symptoms or is it because of my anxiety medication? can someone please help.

I take both those meds and avoid all cold medicines and over the counter medications because they can interact with the cipralex and serequel. I always call my pharmacist and ask which medications could counteract with my anti depressants.

anxiety is a common denominator for all psych disorders. it's not specific to BP alone. Taking cipralex will do you good for a while but then it will drive you manic eventually. you said cipralex, is it the only drug you take or along with other meds ? because if you take mood stabilizers along with then perhaps it's safe. but i never heard someone with BP is prescribed an antidepressant only. cipralex is rather strong it's an SSRI.

He told me to consult with the psychristic. I consulted with the psychristic. He advised me to take cipralex for one and half month. After taking the cipralex too i feels the same sympton. For that i once again consulted with the other neurophysician in bangalore. He advised me for doing the MRI Scan. The result of the MRI saying "Mild ectopia of cerebellar tonsils. The tips of the tonsil is 5mm below the formen magnum. No mass effect is seen on the Brain stem.

My went to visit my doctor about my anxiety and sleeping issues and he has put me on Cipralex 10mg dosage a day and also prescribed me 50mg of trazodone to be taken at bedtime to help me sleep. Does anyone take these prescriptions? if so could I please get some feedback on them?

I have had head aches on cipralex, and when I drink some or even more then some drinks I get almost sick with a head ache. 1) are head aches common in taking anxiety drugs, 2) any way preventing the head aches. 3) dry mouth is that common with these drugs.

I'm just curious what your symptoms were starting up, I'm on Day 12 and last two days upped from 5mg to 10mg, and am still having severe anxiety, of course, I am battling lots of health issues too. I'm just wondering if I should be feeling some relief by now?

I would give it some time. and don't keep checking your heart rate. Cipralex and this class of drugs are long acting and not something that would just drop your heart rate. But as your stress and anxiety decrease, your heart rate in the resting mode may go back to normal. A resting heart rate of 50 is in the normal range. You are on a low dose. Hope it helps your anxiety/panic. I have found that often anxiety takes a bit higher dose to really work well.

When I stopped, I was fine for six months but my depression suddenly started again. I restarted taking cipralex 10 mg one each night and I improved quickly. Now it is four years that I am taking it. I now want to stop it because I am having very decreased sixual drive. So my question is that, Will my sexual drive improve when I stop taking cipralex?
