Hi! I underwent urethroplasty five years ago, but didn't experience a lowered sexual drive. However, give him time for recovery, a couple of months more. Also he needs your support and understanding (my girlfriend helped me a lot with the recovery). If he had no sexual drive even before the surgery, then inflammatory issues (prostatitis) or mental condition should be also considered. He may also try Viagra or cialis to help him with getting good erection.

I have the same problem (19, very little sexual experience because of this, and a fear of approaching women for intimate relations because of this), and I would very much like to hear a practical solution. I spoke to a doctor about it, and he prescribed me Cialis and told me that the nervousness would probably go away once I had a "history" of successful penetrative sex behind me.

Hi and thank you for this forum. I am 29 and I have lived quite a life. I became sexually active at 14 and also a heavy drug user. MDMA has been my drug of choice but I've heavily used cocaine, LSD and marijuana. It began at 14 with marijuana and LSD, at 16 I laid off of the LSD and began with the MDMA and at 17-19 I was a heavy cocaine user (snorting, never smoking or mainlining). At 20 I slowed down quite a bit but still used MDMA and weed frequently. At 22 I think I overdosed on meth.

PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are safe and very effective but results may vary. I've been taking Cialis for over a year with excellent results and no relevant side effects. I also tried Levitra and it worked fine but Cialis is my favorite. Everyone is different, though: some men prefer Levitra, others prefer Cialis or Viagra.

I think I was/am. I now have a prescription for Cialis and a large discount coupon.. Medicare and thus my Part D doesn't pay anything toward the cost of this expensive medication. My cardiologist has also said Cialis could be taken and may help, he also said I can try stopping my beta blocker as long as my AFib doesn't make my heart run too high a heart rate.
