When we are turned on and I start to stimulate her with my fingers or tongue, my erection disappears even if I took Cialis. When I’m not on Cialis I can‘t maitain an erection regarding any sexual activities with my GF sometimes I can but it is not very strong. I can maintain strong lasting erection when I’m alone - watching porn, I could do that few times a day and I have never had problem with this.
I have some erectile dysfunction due to having to be on beta blockers. I've been prescribed Cialis 5mg once a day, but haven't gotten up the courage to take one yet. Kind of afraid to be honest. There is direct evidence for Cialis with arginine and propionyl carnitine as a treatment for non responders so there is more to this than meets the eye. That more includes, at least, as a component, homocysteine.
I would talk to your doctor about cialis. My husband takes it and it works like a charm. It is not like you have to take it and be ready to go that minute. It works for up to 36 hours so you can take it and when mood is right, you will be ready to go.

I, too have a bump under my tongue. It is right on the skin that connects my tongue to my lower jaw, so when i move my tongue, it hurts. It started recently, and has been recurring on and off. However, this morning it was at its fullest and largest size. It appears to be clear, with some sort of transparent fluid inside. It hurts when I eat, for it involved tongue movement. I do not smoke, chew tobacco, or anything of the sort, nor have I ever. Looking at it, it has gotten MUCH bigger over time.
I’m now getting a little anxious because I start thinking she is going to want to get intimate and I have not taken the Cialis earlier in the day to be ready. So while we are in the apartment, I duck into the bathroom and take the 10mg of Cialis. I just got done eating a huge meal 10 minutes ago so I was anxious that the Cialis would not have time to digest for hours. Sure enough, only 20 minutes after I walk out of the bathroom, she is kissing me and we start to become intimate.
s located in the valley of my mouth between the floor of the tongue and the gum line. It is below the tissue. It is painless and has there for 2 years or so. It has not gotten larger. I asked my dentist about it a year and a half ago...but she said it was likely nothing. Is this something I should be more concerned about? Does anyone know what this could be? I have a doctor's appointment next week for something unrelated....should I talk to my GP about this?

I have a red sore on my lingual fraenulum (the muscle that connect the tongue to the bottom of the mouth). It's been there for about a month now, on and off. Sometimes it swells and turns bright red, other times it is kind of white. I'm not sure if this is a severe canker sore, or a symptom of a type of mouth cancer. Please advise!! Over-the-counter options? Health care is expensive, so I'd rather not see a doctor. THANK YOU!!
He has been prescribed a steroid ointment (for topical use only ?????) which has reduced the size of the lump but it then returns when the ointment is not used. I have suggested she ask her GP to undertake blood tests fbc ue b12 folate but after that I am at a loss. Surgery has been suggested but his Mum is unlikely to be able to afford this and I am not sure its absolutely necessary. I have been sent some pictures of the offending lump if anyone is in a position to view them .

If you can get an erection without problems while making out or masturbating, you don't need Cialis. The problem is psychological, not pysical. The three biggest factors that inhibit erections are anxiety, guilt, and fear. If you try focusing more on her and the sensations and less on your erection (like when you're making out), then it'll probably work fine.
