i took cialis for ED. but now am expressing eye pain and headache. how long do these side effects last without any medication?

So I'm starting Cialis 5mg a day as needed for erectile dysfunction due to side effects from Metoprolol. I've cut down my dose of Metoprolol to about 37.5mg a day. I have no lack of interest, just my penis goes soft without manual stimulation. yes, it is Trileptal. Side effects I have had recently are neutremia, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, headache....seeing my psych doc next week. I am very disappointed that she did not catch this. I will slowly reducing my dose (I'm at 1800 mg now) in order to go off this drug, AND, I will never go back to this psych doc again.
