I'm 75 years old and have used Viagra and Cialis in the past but not lately. Recently I was sunbathing nude and experienced a quick erection (in a sequence of 3 heartbeats) and subsequent ejaculation on the 4th heartbeat; this was with no hands or other physical stimulation. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon? Any ideas on what might have caused this?

It seems to have become worse over these last 4 years. I’ve been to two urologists and also my family doctor. The urologists did a quick visual inspection of penis felt around and said it all looked good, and then just prescribed Cialis. I was frustrated with the doctors that they just prescribed the Cialis and could never tell me exactly what was causing the ED. That is why I got a few more opinions. Perhaps they just figured it was my age?

PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are safe and very effective but results may vary. I've been taking Cialis for over a year with excellent results and no relevant side effects.
