I wish the viagra were not so cost prohibitive. I currently am fighting with my insurance company over quantity. In America on my plan--Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA, I am allowed 6 pills a month. Not nearly enough to take every day as my doctor ordered for penile rehabilitation. (I was fortunate to receive some sample packs from a Pfizer representative, but they are almost gone now.) However, I had tried a supplement that is known to increase nitric oxide levels.
I read some place that men with small penises (my penis has 13 cm when engorged ) need to take smaller doses of Cialis ( or Viagra ) because, if they don't, they can have anorgarmia ( the penis has erections but you can't ejaculate ). Is that true ?
I ask this because that happened to me. I'm 70 y.o.
Cialis is my favorite ED drug, it's really effective. If spontaneity is an issue, this is definitely the best choice. The effects of Cialis last for 36 hours (hence its name 'weekend pill'), whereas Viagra only lasts for about 4 hours. You should take Cialis on an empty stomach, at least one hour before sex. Don't take more than the prescribed dose.
Just yesterday I went to meet a women and took a Pfizer VGR 100 (Viagra 100 mg) pill about an hour beforehand. It had no effect before, during or after the meeting, in which we were making out intensely.
I have also tried Cialis several years ago and it had the same non-effect.

I was once given a 20mg Cialis pill by a friend and broke it in half. So I took around 10mg dosage. I cannot afford Cialis through my insurance so I was going to try the free sample voucher on their website. They have 2 different options. the every day dosage of 5mg or the 20mg dosage for one time use. I don't have an all the time problem, so I would be taking it on occasion. The thing is you only get 3 pills of one time use and 30 5mg pills. Are they the exact same thing?
PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are safe and very effective but results may vary. I've been taking Cialis for over a year with excellent results and no relevant side effects. If you want to improve them, Cialis may be a good solution. A study out of Italy reported that men who take Cialis (tadalafil) every other day had improved blood vessels after 4 weeks. Trazodone is a sleeping pill that can also improve erections.

Those are your "co-pay costs", the "actual cost" is thousands of dollars per month as you have heard. Everything is relative-- but yes, that is a large dose. Consider that Percocet tablets-- medications used to treat surgical pain in dose ranges of 1-2 every 4 hours-- contain 5-10 mg of oxycodone. You are taking the equivalent of 70 of the 5 mg tabs every day, when the dose after major surgery would be on the order of 5-10 tablets per day.
The largest dose I've seen in a patient addicted to oxycodone is about 700 mg per day.
