Cialis and chest pain

Common Questions and Answers about Cialis and chest pain

cialis

Avatar m tn I got an itchy rash on my chest perhaps from taking (real) Cialis. How likely would cialis have been it's cause? If so would the same type of reaction be expected from Viagra? If it was from taking long expired pills would unexpired pills be expected to not cause it? Your thoughts please!
Avatar n tn t touched his wife because he cannot get an erection, and he got the Cialis to see if it would make a difference, and it hasn't yet. It could also be for the other things Cialis is prescribed for. (It's not just for erectile dysfunction.) Good luck to her in figuring it out.
Avatar m tn I was already seeing a neurologist for pain in my arms and legs. He did EMG for that and found no problems. He prescribed me Gabapentin which seems to help arms and legs but not pelvic pain. He referred me to another hospital 4 months ago which I haven't been able to make an appointment with due to COVID-19. I finally have an appointment with them the next week to see a neurologist. The best diagnosis I can find is pudendal neuralgia. Is there anything I should request for them to examine?
Avatar f tn For almost a year I haven't been able to get reliable erections and I don't know why. I'm 19 but didn't have a problem performing before college. The only things prevalent at the time it started was stress, testicular pain (varicocele diagnosed later) and I had bad squat form. Eventually, the squatting left shooting pains in my leg and back 'cause I was bending my lower lumbar.
Avatar n tn I went back to the Doctor and he prescribe me Levitra for erectile dysfunction and told me that other patients have secondary effects after taking Levaquin. So, I took the Levitra and I started gettin my erections back and ejaculated without pain. After a month he switch me to Cialis, then after month of taking cialis I decided to stop taking cialis because I was able to get erections on my own, but a few days ago I started having painful ejaculations.
1396517 tn?1500880649 I'm type 2 diabetic and overweight and have not had any erection problems until this year when during foreplay I'd be as hard as a rock, but go soft just before insertion... my wife has been understanding, but it has been frustrating. My Doctor said that erection problems are more common than people think - especially for people over 40 and she could prescribe a generic 'Cialis' if need be but I was too embarrassed to take up the offer.
Avatar f tn I used the term benign because I've had numerous echos and ekg's and chest x-rays and they all said my heart is structurally normal. I've just been prone to bouts of tachycardia as long as I can recall, since my late 20s. I'd like to wean off Metoprolol because it does affect my sex drive and being still young that's a concern for me. But is there a good alternative for it that could control the tachycardia bouts without the erectile dysfunction?
Avatar m tn Although rare, Viagra (sildenafil), Cialis (tadalafil) and Levitra (vardenafil) can cause muscle pain and unusual skin sensations or paresthesia. In clinical studies, Viagra caused muscle pain and paresthesia in less than 2% of patients. Patients who experience these side effects should stop taking the medication and consult their physician. These medications increase blood flow to the penis by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).
Avatar m tn The urologists did a quick visual inspection of penis felt around and said it all looked good, and then just prescribed Cialis. I was frustrated with the doctors that they just prescribed the Cialis and could never tell me exactly what was causing the ED. That is why I got a few more opinions. Perhaps they just figured it was my age? Anyway I gave up on trying to figure out why and cure it and just started taking the Cialis.
Avatar m tn I don't have ED but I was curious if my erections could be stronger. I spoke with my doctor and tried Cialis and Viagra. Since they have much different half-lives, I thought I'd try the following: Taking 10-20 mg Cialis every 2-3 days, then taking 20-40 mg Viagra (generic sildenafil) before sexual activity. My questions isn't whether this is effective - it certainly is. But is there any risk to doing this? I moved so I don't have a doctor right now.
Avatar m tn i took cialis for ED. but now am expressing eye pain and headache. how long do these side effects last without any medication?
Avatar n tn Met my wife 6 months ago again performance anxiety, took cialis and it worked until I made a decision to try celexa for two weeks and I dont know if it was my anxiety or fear or did it really kill my sex drive. Viagra or Cialis didnt work. Went back on Luvox up to 150mg and Neurontin 300mg 2x a day.I would get an erection but a thought would pop into my head that Im not performing well and it would go down. Somehow Cialis started to work for me again and its been successful.
Avatar m tn The Cialis only started working about 3 and a half hours after taking it. Then it lasted for 2 or maybe 3 days. In that time it was easy to get it up. I would recommend it (on it's own) and I would say it's better than Levitra.
Avatar m tn I would talk to your doctor about cialis. My husband takes it and it works like a charm. It is not like you have to take it and be ready to go that minute. It works for up to 36 hours so you can take it and when mood is right, you will be ready to go.
Avatar n tn t been able to get or hold erections....not often but enough that it bothers me. I have tried all kinds of drugs...viagra, cialis, over the counter stuff....they work but I don't like the side effects or having to use chemicals. Is there anything natural out there that gives you that extra sex drive you need to ensure you always get and hold a good erection...or should I just assume I will have that problem because I am getting older...I don't want to lose it.
Avatar n tn I just looked at several websites about this and only found 2 answers. One, there IS a cialis made for women. Two, women should not take cialis for men. No reason was given. Sorry that's all I have for you.
Avatar m tn t drink alcohol while taking medicine but I have in the past drink a little just to relax my nerves and also taken the cialis and as you can see I am still alive telling you my story. however, I take cialis because I believe I have a venous leak. If you're not experiencing a venous leak with your penis, then you don't need to take cialis.
Avatar n tn After taking viagra I had a place come up on the shaft of the penis which turned into abot 6 to 10 small fluid filled blisters and left side swollen lymph node.
Avatar n tn I was searching to see if there might be any interaction between the medications and Cialis and in doing so found that sudden hearing loss is a potential rare side effect to Cialis and similar medications. By this time it has been more than two weeks since the onset of the hearing loss and I cannot remember precisely but I believe that I may have last taken one Cialis tablet within 24 hours before the earache hearing problem.
Avatar m tn Hello, I have read in a few websites that there is an increased risk of priapism in patients who take ED drugs like Cialis/Viagra/Levitra and who also have (among other conditions) Sickle Cell Disease and/or Beta Thalassemia. It's not clear to me whether Beta Thalassemia Minor (my condition) also increases that risk.I could not find much information about it.
Avatar f tn Hello and thank you for reading. My husband and I are trying to conceive but it's been difficult. He's not able to maintain the erection and sometimes not get it. It's only recent actually. He's 35 and doesn't seem to be stressed out. When he went to the doctor, he was prescribed cialis. Then when the doctor checked him, he said his foreskin doesn't go back when he's erect and it's very painful if it is pulled back.
Avatar f tn See if the Cialis works. Hopefully, it will. If not, allow your significant other to give you a slow hand job to see if you can hold an erection until ejaculation. You should be sexually active with only your partner and not viewing porn and masturbating on your own to avoid using up all of your sexual energy.
Avatar m tn ve had ED for 10 years and taking Cialis. I am curious what your doctor told you 10 years ago and when he prescribed Cialis. 21 was a young age to have ED. I wonder if the body gets used to the drugs and eventually they are not so effective, and then they should not be taken on a daily basis but used only when necessary. Your diabetes is a factor, also. I would advise you to work with a urologist, and if you have, go to another as a second opinion.
