I am suffering from ED and i used viagra and cialis. But iam unable to ejaculate using any of them. We desperately looking for baby and this is not helping. Please let me know if anyone is in similar situation and can suggest any remedy.

I don't have ED but I was curious if my erections could be stronger. I spoke with my doctor and tried Cialis and Viagra. Since they have much different half-lives, I thought I'd try the following: Taking 10-20 mg Cialis every 2-3 days, then taking 20-40 mg Viagra (generic sildenafil) before sexual activity. My questions isn't whether this is effective - it certainly is. But is there any risk to doing this? I moved so I don't have a doctor right now.

PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are safe and very effective but results may vary. I've been taking Cialis for over a year with excellent results and no relevant side effects. I also tried Levitra and it worked fine but Cialis is my favorite. Everyone is different, though: some men prefer Levitra, others prefer Cialis or Viagra.

Please do more web searches and DO NOT use Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra. I also have RP and ED. I bought L-arginine/Orinithine but am wary about using until I read that it's ok. Blood flow changes seem to be very bad to already bad retinal cells.

Cialis may, even a higher mg of Viagra may. First understand the way these work are not instant unless you have been taking the Cialis daily for a few days. For some people it can take several hours before they respond to them. For these people the effect normally will go for longer. I suggest you check out the time table for yourself and take them accordingly.

I know that drugs like Viagra etc,,, are used for pulmonary hypertension as well as erectile dysfunction. I'm a nurse and had a guy come on our floor with sildenafil as a regular medication. Hello, I have read in a few websites that there is an increased risk of priapism in patients who take ED drugs like Cialis/Viagra/Levitra and who also have (among other conditions) Sickle Cell Disease and/or Beta Thalassemia. It's not clear to me whether Beta Thalassemia Minor (my condition) also increases that risk.I could not find much information about it.

I would talk to your doctor about cialis. My husband takes it and it works like a charm. It is not like you have to take it and be ready to go that minute. It works for up to 36 hours so you can take it and when mood is right, you will be ready to go.

About 1 year ago I had a priapism episode after a bit of an overdose of Cialis (maybe 40 mg) and alot of alcohol. At the time the Cialis was mostly for reassurance and not that necessary.
