There are also other options besides Premarin that you could look for that may be less expensive. Enjuvia is another option. YOu could also try other delivery systems besides oral estrogen - patches (although in Mexico may not be the best option), a spray or topical creams or gels.

I take atenelol and Cenestin (HRT) and I also have IBS and have been diagnosed with (since I have no gall bladder) having problems with bile. I have noticed several, several times that I pass my pills on particularly sensitive days for my stomach. She put me on the patch and I was just losing my hair but surviving then my dr left and I was sent to the only other doctor there and she put me on the Wily Protocol. My issues is lactating from Cenestin 1.25 mg all the way down to .3 mg I cant use a patch due to allergic reactions to the glue on the patches .
