I did feel hungry at first, the first few days. Now not so much, I hardly think about food. I was just wondering if after 2 weeks that is enough time to see some better results. I know it took time for me to get to this level.

230262 tn?1316645934 tonight Im gonna have to do a large garden salad, steamed or stir fried fresh green beans, snap sweet peas (both in the pods for the young ones and just the peas from the mature ones), brocolli, carrots, egglpant, zuchini, yellow squash and red and green cabbage LOL also i got some fresh delicious tomoatoes from the farm down the road and their cukes too.

This means all meat, all beans, all vegetables, all dairy, eggs, everything you've always eaten minus the gluten containing grain. If you want pasta, use brown rice pasta, for example. Hypothyroidism not only causes weight gain, it can cause miscarriage, difficulty conceiving and a lot of other symptoms.. Ask your doctor to test TSH, Free T3 and Free T4. I do have some input, but you probably won't like it. Was the bagel with jelly, milk and banana for one meal?
