Avatar n tn Me and my wife are considering have a children. I take Cialis to have sexual intercourse. We are worried if conceiving with the use of Cialis can have some possible negative affect on the baby health.
Avatar m tn At that time I quit taking coumadin until after the procedure. The day after the procedure, I started up on coumadin and continued to taking the Lovenox until I was therapeutic again (between 2-3 INR). You stated that you were worried about the AFib. I assume you were referring to AFib while you are off coumadin and on Lovenox. I wouldn't worry about that. There really is not chance of you developing a clot while you are on Lovenox.
Avatar m tn If 50mg viagra was the correct dosage for me, should i take 10 mg of cialis for an equivalent effect?.
Avatar f tn m concerned because everything I have read indicates I should take it indefinitely. Since I take Coumadin every day and have my IN/PTR tested regularly is is safe to stop taking plavix?
Avatar n tn I usually get some of the big 3 and have never had any problems. Recently, I ordered the generic Cialis that is taken once a day. I was taking them for about 2 weeks or less, but was also promisicuos. All vaginal penetration was with a condom, but did receive some oral and hand jobs with their saliva as a lubricant. This past week my urethra burned when I urinated, the urethral opening was red around it and I began to have a discharge.
Avatar f tn My hope is that I am still young, I can get erections, just trouble maintaining them, although with a handjob or with masturbating, I can keep them no problem at all. It's just during sex that it can go limp at times. So hoping the cialis will help that. I want a rock hard, erection again. I think it's definitely the meds I'm on that have caused these issues, maybe a bit of performance anxiety but mostly the meds. So hoping this will help!
Avatar f tn Hello! Hoping someone can help me with some advice...I am hypo with 2 lesions shown on scan, one fluid filled cyst, one calcified. I had a Ross procedure heart valve repair in 01, which means because I used my own pulmonary and a donor valve, I have to take no medications for this, like coumadin. Everything is fine from that standpoint. However, all this cropped up with my Thyroid 6 months ago, with the calcified nodule just being found last week.
Avatar f tn I have continually requested to be taken off the Coumadin, but the Cardiologist was adament that I stay on it. Long story made short - in January 2010 I now go to a new Cardiologist. He was surprised the other Cardiologist kept me on Coumadin all these years. The new Cardiologist has all of my records. I have a return visit next month in July and I am looking forward to discontinuing this drug.
Avatar m tn Hello everyone. please help. My doctors are a little slow in telling me what high blood medications I can take with visteris (the 3rd drug after interferon and ribovarin) and what bph (enlarged prostate) med i can take. my hep doctor insists I can't take rapaflow (bph) or amlodopine (high blood pressure). If you have had a similar experience or can help please respond. God bless you and my prayers for your recoveries.
Avatar m tn cialis only works if you're sexually excited. it does not give you an instant hard-on. when you do get excited you will feel the medicine kick in but it will go away everytime you lose sexual excitement in your brain. it will even go away if you're worrying too much about the situation.
Avatar n tn As a woman taking cialis for Raynauds syndrome, I can tell you it does nothing for women’s arousal
Avatar n tn Take Jerry's advice to the bank. I have a pacer, I have AFib and I take coumadin. I know that I will take coumadin for the rest of my life unless another drug comes out in the future. Why do you want to stop taking this drug?
Avatar n tn I was on coumadin for about 6mths and I have done other blood thinners on and off for about 3 full years. This is just my experience but it may help. As an fyi, its not an immediate thing for coumadin to hit the right blood levels. It often takes a few wks of regular monitoring for it to stablize. The diet is important to consider, but if he is generally a vege eater, then he does not have to worry too much, its not something he has to change, if its "normal for him".
Avatar m tn All of that said, if I absolutely had no way to obtain coumadin, I guess I would take an aspirin a day. It is not a substitute for coumadin, but it does have some anticlotting properties, and maybe it would be better than nothing. I don't think more than one regular-size tablet a day will do any more good than the one tablet. In fact, a low dose 80mg ("baby aspirin") tablet might do just as well as the regular size 320mg tablet.
Avatar f tn Kind of afraid to be honest. I know many many take it with no problem, but I have a tendancy to feel my heart race more than usual during sex and at random times, which is why I take the beta blockers, but I'm not having a normal sex life. I know my doctor knows what's best. He even shared with me that he took Cialis and it helped him a lot. SHould I just try one? I thought about cutting a 5mg pill in half but it says on the bottle do not do that. I really want to have sex again.
645390 tn?1338555377 Guess I will see what the neurologist says on Monday, but I still hope it all has to do with my high INR and coumadin. I realize that probably isnt the case, but one can hope, right? I pick up my MRI tomorrow and an anxious about the findings, if any. I am hoping it gives some insight to my Optic Neuritis. One more ?, if u dont mind. I exercise about 4 times a week, and am starting to have some problems toward the middle of my workout.
Avatar m tn I was not able to ejaculate after taking 20 mg of cialis in the afternoon and having sex. Should I try again at night with viagra or cialis or levitra? I was able to ejaculate the previous 2 days. I'm 67 years old and healthy.
