I have a very similar problem. I was hit with a baseball when I was 16 in the eye. The ball was going like 85 mph and the doctor told me I was very fortunate to have not broken the orbital socket. The black eye was tremendously swollen--worse than anything I've seen in a UFC fight--for like two months. After that I could always feel some strange hard bumps on the bone structure and it protruded much further than the other eye socket...the outside of the eye just below the temple.

Your husband is not a doctor is he? =/ Your leg will swell when fluid can't get out of it which could be due to a myriad of reasons. If it's decreasing when you're horizontal at night, it sounds like blood or fluid can't fight gravity.... this is directly after spraining your ankle, so it's most likely trauma related. Difficult as it may be to get to the doctor, you really should.

m an restaurant manager. Saturday night we had UFC fight night, I was having palpitations , dizzy spells , I was loosing my mind!!!! I need to get myself back to normal, if there is such an thing, I might have break down and go on paxil cr or try something else. I was on paxil cr for a year or so, but when I was feeling good, I slowly winged myself off, that week or so when I fianally stopped, it was HELL, withdrawal symptoms were a nightmare! last night our 3yr old 15lb terrier mix got out and was gone for a few hours when he showed up i could tell he had been in a fight, some bleeding on the left upper portion of the leg other than that covered in what looked like slobber hair all nappy and limping, i bathed him and could not tell where the wound was, he was really soar and wore out. my question is scents he appears to be okay should i still take him to see a vet or wait to see how he is doing tomorrow.

When I was 31 y.o. I had an accident that left me w/ a broken femur ... leading up to days later a “ titanium rod “ being inserted into the broken femur . The initial days , etc. obvious moments of pain happened , over the years since then w/ the break eventually being healed = very ..,... minimal pain . In getting older = 64 y.o. now within the past couple of years thereabouts pain is reaccuring more & more , causing pain also in my hips and other leg .

have extreme deppresion and anxiety. I am 16 and no matter what I seem to do, I always am stuffing things up. I cut my wrists and my thighs alot and now they are getting to hard to try and hide. I just signed back to gym tried today and curled 15 pounds and it hurts lol . I was able to bench 265 and if I was still at it today who knows . I loved to workout it made me feel good ! body felt great and I respected myself . Friends still workout , they will be benching 300 I will be benching 60 . Ahh .

Help! I'm at my wits end. Im 27 and I have been dealing with leg pain for the last 16 years. When it first started (the age I first remember,11 ) I took a short walk it went away. Now nothing I do works anymore. long/short walks, stretching, resting, hot bath/jacuzzi no longer works. No doctor will prescribe pain killers (which is only thing that provided temp relief) them to me because they dont believe me.

I did drive about 600 miles with few stops and that night it ached almost as much as the night I originally broke it and before the cast was put on. I can hardly put weight on it at times. It also seems to ache more after I have walked on soft or hilly ground. Usually walking on hard surfaces doesn't cause a lot of pain. I can play golf, get it the car and reide home and once I get out of the car it starts to hurt. It usually then clears up in about 15 minutes to 1/2 hour.
