Break up your vet

Common Questions and Answers about Break up your vet

break-up

Avatar n tn Sometimes if your dog is sensitive to specific things like dyes, chemicals, or smells that are found in these soaps they can develop a rash which can cause red bumps, sores, and hair loss. If your vet thinks that the soaps could be the reason then make sure that you or your groomer is using hypoallergenic shampoo. Usually this means that they will be using a milder oatmeal shampoo, it still smells good but it may cost a little more. Make sure you visit the vet... Good luck!
Avatar n tn Of course, your Vet should be your first source for follow-up information. You can call the office and mention that one area that keeps opening. You can make a saline solution, 2 tsos of sea salt or salt to two cups water. Gently clean the area around the incision and pat dry. If you have an antiseptic spray, you could try that. Sprays are usually better as creams and gels can attract dirt. Do not use Hydrogen Peroxide or anything with cortisone in it.
6548496 tn?1384490023 how do you deal with a break up with your boyfriend? Me and my boyfriend just broke up because he cheated on me once again i need some advice somebody help~~~!!!!!!!!!
Avatar m tn Those you are closest to----------- like your parents, maybe one friend, and eventually your spouse----- those top relationships sit on the top. And it moves down from there. When you go through something traumatic, you have less energy to deal with those on the lower steps or tiers. After only two months, you can't expect to be at the top yet.

Avatar m tn it definetly helps to let yourself cry, i would also suggest talking to a counselor or a close friend so you can share your feelings of grief out rather than bottling it up. give yourself the kindness of time to feel this way, to mourn and feel the grief. things will change, and will be brighter.
1916673 tn?1420233270 I am currently looking into another aspect of canine kidney failure and would appreciate your response to the question: During the diagnosis period, did your vet measure your dog's blood-pressure? There are reasons for me asking this, but please forgive me for not explaining them at this stage.
1513651 tn?1290387289 My recommendation would be to ask your vet to run blood urine and take abdominal x-rays to determined whether or not any other health issues are present causing your cat to continue vomiting. This is not normal at all. If the tail looks like it is healing well, have your vet take a second look to be sure bacteria have not seeded the blood which can be very serious and lead to septicemia.
Avatar f tn It's possible the medication is irritating your dog's stomach, so ring up your vet and see if they can recommend an over-the-counter nausea med like pepcid. You'll need to get proper dosing information on any OTC med from your vet. Another thing to consider is how your dog eats. If she bolts down dry kibble as fast as possible and then drinks a lot of water, the food blows up in her stomach and can only come back up.
Avatar m tn Yes, like you I found out the hard way. My vet told us that every time a summer holiday rolls around that involves picnicking, BBQing etc., he can count on having several pancreatitis patients at his door. It's such a serious and sometimes fatal condition, and most people have never heard of it.
Avatar m tn Bile acids are usually Yellow........Green is a red flag.....You need to get your guy to a Vet ASAP......Puppies this young cannot get dehydrated......Dehydration alone can be fatal......If your guy has not had all his puppy vaccines, then this may be the beginning of a serious issue......Do not wait any longer.......My first thought (With green) is Rat poison! If this is a possibility, you must seek treatment, NOW.......Please, come back and let us know what you find out......
Avatar n tn My dog threw up 4 times last Friday, Feb 6. I took him to the vet. She thought it may be either obstruction or panreatitis. She gave him antivomit medicine and a fluid shot. She gave him low residue vet formula for him to eat. He stopped eating and threw up again on Wed, Feb 11. His last BM I am aware of was on Wednesday. I went back to the vet on Thursday on Feb 12. A different vet saw him this time. He didn't suggest obstruction.
Avatar f tn I have the hardest time when i try and fall asleep. How did all of you get through your break up/ heart breaks in a positive way?
Avatar f tn Hi there, So, you are having a baby with him, is that right? Are you both teenagers? Lots of big things coming your way very soon. Are you living with his parents too or are you are with yours and he's with his? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to understand. Do you have any support from your own family? On the surface, I think it is smart to expect certain things out of the father of our children.
Avatar f tn Get physically active and fill up your time with things that can make you happy. Do things that are different from the things you did with him. Make some new friends from a different group of people. Change your life in a positive direction and don't give yourself much time alone- even much time to think!! All you can do is distract yourself-- but the funny thing, is that the longer you do this, the better it works. And one day, you will wake up and find that your heart aches less.
541150 tn?1306033843 Abby’s vet was the one who set up the appointment and then let me know just in case I wanted to change it. Because I’m still getting free service, it is my responsibility to take Abby to the emergency hospital because they are the ones who have been taking care of the situation. They are ‘IT’ right now. Those doctors specialize in internal medicine etc, and they have advanced tools and equipment and this enables better care. If I miss an appointment I get charged a fee.
1710121 tn?1326476935 re very emotional right now and going through a lot, and often we make rash choices. You NEED to see a doctor though. Not only for your daughter, but for your two sons as well. Depression is a hard thing to live with--I have for close to 12 years now--and you CAN get through it. Please just give it time before you make any choices. As always, I'm always there if you need to talk to someone about anything. Don't be shy or embarrassed either.
1380814 tn?1285965586 You'll need to post your question in the "Vet Forum" for one of the doctors to answer.....This is the "Dog Community" Forum.....
Avatar n tn I agree with utahmomma, please take your dog to a vet soon!
955684 tn?1246514754 t know for sure if hitting your hand with his nose would be a blow hard enough to break the bones in his nose. If he were a very small dog....possibly. But he's not so small. If the blow was hard enough to break his nose, it might have been hard enough to really damage your hand.
88793 tn?1290227177 Hi doctor, I notice my 12 yrs old cat has lost massive weight in these 2 months. His stool is runny and wasn't solid at all. Last check up the vet told me he was over 10 yrs old. I just keep an eye on him. He still can eat a lot (1.5 pouch = 150g) of cat food every morning. Some milk later on. and quite a few times a day. He can walk properly and run a little (not as active as he was young) which I can understand. He likes to play with my dog Chihuahua.
