Good lord, get to the doctor right away. They need to take a listen to your lungs. Sounds like you may have pneumonia and coughing up red blood is a cardinal sign of strep penumonia, this is the strain that can kill you and is the one you get vaccinated against every 5 years. Given your age, if the dr. makes a diagnosis of pneumonia you will be hospitalized for treatment (its standard protocol for anyone over 60), your also going to need to get a chest xray.
Those you are closest to----------- like your parents, maybe one friend, and eventually your spouse----- those top relationships sit on the top. And it moves down from there. When you go through something traumatic, you have less energy to deal with those on the lower steps or tiers. After only two months, you can't expect to be at the top yet.
How long or how many times will you need to use a Neti Pot to feel a difference? I have been having awful sinus headaches and ringing (hissing) in my ears for about 10 days. This is after on and off sinus infections (or what I think are sinus infections) for months.
Make another, and the crack will widen and spread. Make enough changes and the pot will break apart, bringing space and air and light to your “roots.”
Once you’re free, “repot” yourself into a larger, more expansive “life container,” leaving plenty of space for future growth. Your “life plant” will be reenergized, become more flexible and stronger because now you have made room for roots to develop and flourish.
Replacing one addictive substance with another, is never a good direction to go in.

On the surface, I think it is smart to expect certain things out of the father of our children.
Get physically active and fill up your time with things that can make you happy. Do things that are different from the things you did with him. Make some new friends from a different group of people. Change your life in a positive direction and don't give yourself much time alone- even much time to think!! All you can do is distract yourself-- but the funny thing, is that the longer you do this, the better it works. And one day, you will wake up and find that your heart aches less.
s ultimately up to your daughter whether or not she smokes pot during the trial period, but if I was in the same position and I smoked pot, which I don't, but I did years ago. I would abstain from all drugs and alcohol. It would be very unfortunate to be let go from a clinical trial for smoking a little pot. Do you know if smoking pot increases the enzyme levels in bloods? I don't know but it really doesn't matter cause I'm sure if she smokes she will get caught.
Is it true that pot is bad for you and causes cancer. I have been friends with pot heads my whole life and I have never seen or herd of anyone I know getting cancer from it or having any physical health problems other than just being lazy. I smoked it most of my life every day for 25-30 years . I havnt smoked for 6 months and don't really notice much different. I don't crave it and really don't care about it at all.
Something that has helped tremendously, especially before bed is the sinus rinse bottle or the neti pot, it helps break up and clear out that infection. You can add golden-seal powder or zylotol powder to the mixture and it will boost white blood cells to fight bacteria and infection. Drinking Echinacea tea is also very good and can be used several times a day. I pray you get over this soon! Yay that your bundle of joy is coming soon!
