I had a break up approx 6 weeks ago. I thought this was the gal i was going to marry. we were together for 2 years, at times it was on/off but never truly off. This time it is off! I know she has found someone else and i have not. I can not seem to shake the feelings of missing her, at times it really hurts. I have been divorced for 12 years. My kids are 18, 17 and 15. Their mother has quite a few mental challenges.
that totally sux hun soo sorry!!! for my first break up I dealt with it by going out with some else im still.with him 5years later but that's how I dealt with it!..the pain doez go away!!! ohhh and yes dont stress out it does cause harm to the baby my doc who is a specialist said mind is very powerfull and stress can cause you to lose the baby. my best friend lost her bf in a car accident she was 23weeks and she lost the baby.
Being attracted to other people is not something to break up over. Have you never looked at another guy while in a relationship? The point is that he's not acting on these things. I know one thing that helps my husband I is talking about our fantisies or attractions. The hubs has a weird thing for redheads so once in a while I'll buy a box of washout hair dye to surprise him. The point is give him some slack he's normal, it doesn't mean he's cheating or will cheat.
With my mind out of control, not sleeping I stood up to him and then got the truth that he was pushing me away and that he found himself and that things got too serious and amidst all my crazy thoughts he was trying to not hurt me and wanting me to break up with him. Talk about a mental hell hole I fell into and I am trying daily to fight my way out of these thoughts and its a daily struggle.
