One thing I have learned from working with my ASD son, is always start from where he is at, not from where I want him to be :-) i.e. Let your daughter read the books that are comfortable for her, and then take it up one step at a time.
Really small increments are what work for my son. If the increment from his current skill level is too big, we get nowhere. If the increment is the right size, we progress fast.

The hospital will most likely take pictures of th ebaby for you and with a blanket or bear and send oyu home with a box with the things and either have the pictures in there or send them to you in an envelope to you later. My sister never looked at him but later saw his pictures. I had a daughter at 23 weeks and she did not live long and I have her things as well. Also they can do foot prints.

Hi,I'm stuck on this situation. I don't know what to do. So basically me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year and 6 months and during that time about 3 months ago in December he broke up with me. His reading for breaking up with me was because he wasn't happy and he felt like I didn't appreciate all he does for me, and then he ghosted me for a few days. After about 2-3 weeks passed we got back together on Christmas, & talked everything out.

i lost everything, pictures music, letters, etc when my old comp blew up last week.
The large toe on my left foot is numb most of the time, and at times painful. I am waking up night with my hands, feet, arms, and legs tingling. My biggest fear is of POEMS Syndrome, which my father succummed to in August 2005 after 8 painful years. Can POEMS be hereditary? Should I see my primary care doctor or endo with my concerns? I am scared o death but have not mentioned anything to my husband or mom because I don't want to alarm them unnecessarily.
