Common Questions and Answers about Benzaclin in canada

benzaclin

Avatar m tn The skin on my cheeks seems to be dry right now because of the topical stuff from my dermatologist (retin-a micro gel, used in the morning and left on till night, and benzaclin gel used at night and left on till morning) but normally it feels pretty smooth and kind of soft but also kind of dry. My forehead feels scaly-ish which is probably because of all the imperfections on it but in the summer it is pretty oily and right now in the winter is feels dry and scaly. My jawline is pretty average.
Avatar f tn I haverecently gone to my primary physician and dermatologist and they tell me it is acne and prescribed benzaclin/ Atralin and sumaxin. Benzaclin seemed to work at first, but now it seems to make my breakouts worse. The other two prescriptions just dont seem to work at all. What could this be?Herpes? I do have herpes, but my doctor tells me it should only be on the lip (I have it next to the lip) it's not noticeable at all.
Avatar n tn s nothing really to pop. It usually goes away within the week. I also have been using Benzaclin for the past few months. I try to use it only when i have a pimple coming on. I know it can make my skin very sensative. I've never had a cold sore, but could this be one?? I dont feel any tingling or the other symptoms I've read about concerning cold sores.
Avatar f tn Also, when a treatment gets approved in the States, it takes some time for it to be approved in Canada as we are behind the U.S.
Avatar f tn Does anyone have any names of docs in Canada who deal with AD. We were vacationing in Australia, both got bit by jellyfish. I had AD for 3 months and it went away. He still has it after 2 years. He was healthy, young 35 yr old with no health issues. It's crazy, I could make a movie out of our experience. Any help is appreciated.

Avatar m tn I am a male and in my teens and have Perioral dermatitis which I have read is uncommon, I know exactly how I got the skin condition from to much use of a Steroidal topical cream, I am now going through my second flare up - my last flare was about 2 years ago around this time, I think the flare up was caused by chlorinated water, which I read is not good for this condition I have been struggling to keep this condition under control and my treatment from my last time does not seem to be working, w
Avatar m tn 5 years I have had a couple of little red bumps on my nose that refuse to go away (one on the tip and one on the nostril). In the last few months more bumps have begun to form that will not go away. They are not as red but are rather unsightly in the right light. One doctor prescribed Benzaclin and another doctor referred me to a dermatologist.

Avatar m tn We do have a list, but it is small in comparison to the USA one....but there is one for Canada....keep in mind, u may not find a Dr in ur area and have to travel as we do here in the USA as well....and u need to research each Dr on the list as the lists are not referrals nor endorsements....the list is compiled by the members here of Drs they have been to, treated by and liked. Use the Main list in the Health pages as it has a link to the list for Canada. http://www.medhelp.
Avatar n tn I am from Canada and right now I am living in Turkey. I just had a 6 week HIV test done and it was negative. But now I am concerned that the test could be bogus because it said HIV 1/2 (Dogrulama). I dont speak turkish so I dont know what that test is. I would think a test such as Elisa would be the same in every language. Should I be worried about the accuracy of my Negative?
