The headache could indeed be due to primary headaches such as migraine which present with throbbing headache. This can be managed with ice pack, rest, and medical management. If there was a sinus problem a few weeks back, this could have persisted and may cause pain. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor or be referred to an ENT doctor. Her symptoms started with severe headache and body weakness. Next day, Headache was gone but she got fever (~38 degree C) and severe weakness. She started taking Paracetamol and azithromycin. 0 grams (4 500 mg pills) taken at one time is just as effective as penicillin for syphilis treatment however, there are some cases of treatment failures with azithromycin for syphilis treatment and many of the treatment failures have come from San Francisco where you apparently live. I read online that the combination of Ciprofloxacin and Azithromycin can be dangerous. Is this still the case, if the last Ciprodose was one week before the 2g Azithromycin dose?
I have read lots of your post concerning biaxin and azithromycin and whether they cure syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU. I have found that biaxin is chemically different than azithromycin but biologically same at killing bacteria as azithromycin. On some post you say that azithromycin or clarithromycin(biaxin) would cure all the bacterial stds then in others you state that there could be some problems.

t judge well whether it was gonorrhea or NGU (but probably not chlamydia, which is uncommonly transmitted by oral sex). You were treated appropriately with ceftriaxone and azithromycin, in the correct doses, and your symptoms cleared up. You did not need the additional doses of either antibiotic, but probably it didn't hurt anything.
If you had sex with your regular partner after either of the exposures above, but before treatment, you could indeed have infected her.
Hot/cold flashes, weak, headaches, severe sore throat, and still burning when i urinate and the spot on my lip had gotten bigger and in 2 spots now.
At this point i went to the Dr. and got a shot for Gonohrrea and 2 pills of azithromycin for chlamydia.

Hi, I got a test done and it came back positive for chlamydia. I took 1g of azithromycin on Monday night. I went to a lunch today and I started drinking a beer because it had totally slipped my mind that I took the medication on Monday. I finished the one beer, but drank only water the rest of the time. Will that one beer affect my being cured or affect the medication? Thanks.
I have been taking Azithromycin for 4 days. I have gotten worse. Still have fever and have developed nasal congestion with yellow discharge. ENT gave me Spectracef. I read that Spectracef does not treat mychoplasma. So, is there an antibiotic that would treat both mychoplasma AND sinusitis incase I have one or both?
I was also just taking a 5 day dose pack of azithromycin for a sinus infection. I started having heart palpatations as well. I have tachycardia anyways so I didn't really associate it with the medicine. It really started worrying me when my left arm started feeling weak and tingling. This usually also happens when I have an SVT attack but it goes away quickly. This tingling lasted all day. My heart palpatations were more frequent as well.
Did they give you any doxycycline or azithromycin? The names might be different where you are. One you take for 7 days, and the other is usually a one time dose.
Just keep taking the PEP, if you continue it, 24 hours apart. So adjust that accordingly. It needs to be 24 hours for your body.
When you say "brief unprotected vaginal intercourse" - how brief was it? Are we talking about 2 minutes? 10? 20?
I was using condom in the beginning but the last few minutes, it slipped out.I contracted some urethritis and i was given doxycycline n azithromycin. I tested Hiv antibody test on 16 august n 2nd September . Both came negative. I Had flu like symptoms on 17 of august which lasted for a week(sore throat for a day, No fever, blocked nose, myalgia for a week).but i have fatigue Especially extremities till now. I'm very stressed out all the time because of this fatigue.
00PM on day 0, took 1g Azithromycin at 2:45 on day 0, and had sex with my gf at 9:00AM on day 1, had sex with my gf again on day 2 in the evening, and noticed the symptoms on day 3. On day 4 I took 500mg of Azithromycin in the afternoon. It is now day 5. I don't know why my symptoms started to appear more than 24 hours after taking Azithromycin. t exactly listening to what the nurse had to say while being in full blown anxiety attack mode. She had prescribed 4 pink oval pills of Azithromycin 250mg and I took them all at once like I was supposed to. My question is that with my obsessive thinking and severe depression and anxiety, especially over this, can I still smoke medical marajuana after having taken the antibiotics? Before the antibiotics I was/am a regular medical marajuana smoker. Will it affect the medication in any way?
Monday of this week, I noticed what looked like an ingrown hair on my scrotum. I FREAKED OUT!! Syphilis came to mind. I overreacted and took a 1000 mg pill of Azithromycin in the morning and one that night. Still freaking out on Tuesday, I googled more and saw where recommened dose was 2 grams in a single dose. I took 2, 1000 mg pills immediately. The chancre seems to be fading, but Im still freaking out. Will the amount of Azitromycin ive taken cure or stop any progression of any STDs?

They gave me Azithromycin, 4 tablets at 250mg to take all at once. I took them and have severe stomach cramping and nausea, and ended up getting sick about 45 to an hour after taking the last pill... hoping that I would have already digested it before I got sick. The stomach pain lasted the rest of the day. It's been about 3 days now since I have taken it, but I still have that "burning" sensation after I urinate.
I just received my chlamydia treatment in the form of 4 tablets to be taken in one dose of Azithromycin. i had a prescription written today for 1gram per day for 2 days of azithromcin, when i got this filled i was told they only had 250mg tablets and to take 4 per day to equal one gram. is this correct?

My partner was given Chlamydia treatment last week and I was told I should take the same so I did (1g Azithromycin). The tests aren't actually back until the end of this week and I am concerned that it is actually Gonorrhea as I am sometimes itchy externally and was a little itchy internally but caneston relieved that for a while. My bum is also occasionally itchy but preparation has helped relieve that.
