On the FDA site they have a place where you can be notified of any recalls listed; "after the dog food recalls" I had put my email address in to be notified of any updated recalls and never got off the list. Its hard to believe all the things that get recalled and never brought to attention to the people. It's free for anyone to get on. Just thought I would pass it along.

I followed the link on the main recall page that gives you a pdf of ALL lot numbers that are part of it just to be safe because we use Similac too.
