During the attack, asthalin inhalers are used. Asthalin is used only during the attack and is not used for prevention. In the meantime try to take warm oral fluids and do steam inhalations prior to your meals. This helps to loosen up and bring out the secretions.

I had bad asthma for 2 years which was treated with asthalin inhaler but I no longer have it nor do I use the inhaler or any other medication for asthma.
I am a software engineer by profession. Fitnesswise - I can do about 40 pushups and jog for 30 minutes non stop.
I have two problems - dry skin and insomnia, listing them both since I am not sure if they are related.
The dry skin problem is nothing new I have had dry skin (extreme dandruff) on scalp,
beard, etc.

Today all of a sudden i had an attack, the severity was new to me as i have NEVER absolutely needed a rescue inhaler so badly! Normally i use it every 6 hours or so when i feel tightness, This time i straight NEEDED it as i started to panic and sweat from a feeling as if i could not inhale deeply and the wind was knocked out of me. The inhaler worked right away but the effects did not last long and i am in discomfort as of typing this.

I have an inhaler but I usually do not wheeze during or after exercise unless I have a cold. I usually just do cardio for about thirty-fifty minutes and that consists of riding the bikes at the gym or an elliptical or tread mill. I never do any heaving lifting though, maybe some leg work or abs and that is my work out. I have never seen a chiropractor so I'm not sure about the spasms but I appreciate all of your feedback! I havent got that wheezing problem in 2 years......
I am planning a trip to india in may and i am worried if i get my wheezing problem back........is it safe to take asthalin rotocaps as i am breastfeeding her..........

Went to a new doctor today and was getting examined and he told me a new treatment was out. He said about an inhaler. Well I know about insulin inhalers but didn't know if they were used much. So I asked them if this was what he was talking about and he said no. He said the medicine reacted with your pancreas.
I have been cured of asthma using a herbal supplement Amlaki. I had been using asthalin spray for years atleast 2-3 times every night and i was alarmed after reading about its side effects. Still Cough is not gone..
My son can do all activities normally except running jumping but he coughs always, always laughing with no any other symptoms
