I have taken Astelin before being cured of hepatitis C. Astelin doesn't produce serious side effects like you are claiming. Your symptoms maybe connected to hepatitis C but very much doubt it's connect to Astelin and Hepatitis C. Regardless, I can tell you that I experience nothing like what you are suggesting while taking Astelin.
I was seen 5 days later by a Specialist Registrar (SpR) in the clinic of the Lead Clinician for Lung Cancer in the Respiratory Medicine department of my local NHS hospital.
He went through my symptoms with me and confirmed clearly with me that I had had no phlegm that had blood in it or was dark brown in colour. He gave me a thorough physical examination of significant duration. He then went through the CXR with me showing me the upper right area that he considered to be enlarged lymph nodes.
Over the last few years, I have noticed a swelling on the forehead in the temple area that has increased gradually with time. The swelling appears to be more in the middle of forehead right above the area between the eyes and tapers down towards the ears. There is no pain however. Could you please suggest the possible causes for this condition?

My little girl who is just 1 was born last March and had jaundice 24hrs after birth was under big lights for 3 days and had to have spr test done every 6 hours for ages I was released after 7 days but then had to be re admitted as her spr had risen again so we were in the hospital for 12 days in total till it got enough below the treatment line to be safe for her to come home she also had a heart mumer the mumer has only just gone

I have several suggestions.
First, add a sinus rinse to your routine. They sound gros, but they are so effective.
Another thought is to cosider trying Patanase instead of the Astelin. Astelin wasn't a problem for me, but it sucesseors Astepro and Astepro 0.15% were horrible. I felt better when I didn't use the med then when I did. I got very congested after using it and it lasted about 5 hour with constant, Astepro drainage.
Lastly, it may be time to consider allergy shots.

ve also been taking Atenolol and spraying copious amount of Astelin nasal spray up my nose several times in the evening and at night. I have even been letting it run down the back of my throat and swallowing it because it's the only thing that makes me feel at least somewhat relaxed and sleepy.
However, I have begun to wonder if the Astelin and/or Atenolol might be actually aggravating my anxiety symptoms and making me feel worse.
I was on Interferon for 6 months which caused me to switch from hypo to hyper. My Tsh was 0.007. My Synthroid was lowered to 137mcg. Here are the results from blood work done Monday.

A quick trip to the doctor and I was told that I had some kind of nasty allergic reaction which clogged my sinuses, gave me a post nasal drip which in turn caused the sore throat and asthma to act up. She prescribed Astelin, a nasal spray antihistamine and described the allergic reaction as a sort of systemic thing and that the astelin should clear it all up. That was Wednesday. I've been using it as told since then and I've only really noticed a very very slight improvement.

If she got that 2 years ago I suspected her status is chronic. Nasa 10% ng mga taong naiinfect ng hepatitis B na mga adult ay hindi nakakarecover. Sa tingin ko eh hindi nalabanan ng immune system niya ang virus kaya nasa chronic stage na siya ngayon. Yung Anti-Hbc Igm niya kasi ay non-reactive kaya hindi na acute yung hepatitis b niya. Non-infectious naman siya.
