365714 tn?1292199108 Halfway through the video she explains her language through computerized voice software. I think towards the end of the video is the most powerful, where she mentions that "failure to learn your language is seen as a deficit, yet failure to learn my language is considered normal” And she goes on about how the rest of the world perceives such people to be non people because they cannot communicate in a certain way that conforms to society.
Avatar m tn I'd like to upload some scans made on a hand-held ECG I own, but the associated software doesn't produce .jpg files so I had to take screenshots. These leave me with .png files and when I try to upload them as photos I get the message "Internal server error." Is there any way I can upload .png files here please?

Avatar n tn For many years I have had a lower-than-usual heart rate with no other adverse symptoms like syncope, angina etc. Three years ago I had a catheter angiography that later turned out to have been uncalled-for. However, the one benefit that resulted from it was that I was reported to have a 30-40% blockage in my "mid and proximal LAD". This is being mediacally managed with clopidogrel 75g+aspirin 75g+atorvastatin 10g. I have been advised to periodically get my blockage checked.
Avatar f tn http://www.spine-health.com/video/cervical-radiculopathy-interactive-video. This pain complex has nothing to do with the heart. It can usually be treated fairly successfully without surgery If, after you see a spinal specialist, you still are fixated on your heart, then it will be time to get help for anxiety which can take over your life and ruin the good time you should be having at this age.
Avatar f tn For many of these individuals, the source of the problem is noncalcified plaque, a buildup of soft deposits embedded deep within the walls of the heart’s arteries, undetectable by angiography or cardiac stress tests – and prone to rupture without warning.
Avatar f tn That you just have to click a button on the top to run them like a video and it a very subtle movement, that maybe he just was not able to pick up. My NS said they should actually be a video on the disc. But when I talked to the hospital they said that it wasn't separate, they told me which series it was and which buttons to click.
Avatar f tn My Grandmother has been detected with a blockage in heart, and its not getting well by the use of medicines. Her Doctor is suggesting Angiography now. Her age is 81 by now. I wanted to take other Doctors opinion about this case.
Avatar m tn Troponin T and Troponin I are accurate and are only released by cardiac muscle. If elevated, then they usually suggest angiography because there is a very high possibility that MI has occurred. Troponin also remains elevated for up to 14 days. Should you go for Angiography? Given the results of the test, I think the question is really "is it worth the risk not to have angiography".
168348 tn?1379357075 My online peer groups (20-somethings video gamers, software pirates (all mostly broke)) swear by ESET's Nod32 antivirus software. Minimal system impact, which is why gamers like it, and they tend to be on the leading edge of virus detection.
Avatar n tn But she was moving fine, until 2 weeks back she had Angina attack and we got her Angiography done yesterday which revealed that her one of the artery is blocked over 90% near the beginning. Docs recommend her to go for Stent implant. Now seeing her past history of ASD,and low platelets count. Would you recommend to go for it or not? Any risks involved in that?
144586 tn?1284666164 Instead of a conventional artificial horizon there is one on a video display. If the video display goes down (which it did) the pilot loses his artificial horizon. Arguably, the Airbus should never have been certified. Once that was done, the history is one of apologies and cover-ups.
Avatar n tn On the basis of this cardiologist advised to get CT coronary angiography. The result of the CT coronary angiography as given below: 1.Eccentric calcific in the RCA and distal LAD causing mild (20-30%) luminal narrowing. 2. No evidence of hypo perfusion or perfusion defects in the resting first pass myocardial enhancement. Now our cardiologists has advised to get catheter angiography to rule out further. Please advise me what should me my course of action.
Avatar n tn He was undergone a Treadmill test, a few weeks ago and the Doctor observed borderline positive Treadmill Test and suggested an Angiography. He undergone Angiography a couple of days ago and the report said that the Right Coronary Artery is 100% blocked. According to the Cardiologist, who performed Angiography, the blockage is old. But, my father has no pain (Angina), no fatigue and other common symptoms of Coronary Artery Disease. He’s perfectly alright.
Avatar n tn An angiography will give the doctor a better look into what is going on inside of your heart and arteries. It is a tool used to diagnose, and give the doctor a picture of what needs to happen for your treatment. I hope this helps.
