Along
with the above each day, i eat pumpkin&sunflower seeds,raisins,an apple,a banana,an orange,blueberries,peanuts,broccoli,carrot s,peas,sweetcorn,lettuce,
cucumber,and each day with my dinner i have something meat or fish based.
I just want to know if the list of supplements and extracts i am taking pose any danger to myself?
