I still have 13 days more to go taking alfuzosin and was told to use the cream for a month but I am very much afraid since everytime I stop the meds the symptoms come back :/.
Again this all started AFTER oral sex.
Anyone have any recommendations? All doctors I have seen refuse to acknowledge my concerns and quickly discard ( without testing ) that I might have some bacteria from the oral sex.
Any advise?

Flomax is used for the treatment of BPH and if you are having side effects to this drug then you can use other alpha blockers like doxazosin, terazosin, alfuzosin or 5 alpha reductase inhibitors like finasteride and dutasteride.
Effects may take longer to appear than alpha blockers, but they persist for many years. But they are available under prescription and should always be taken under a medical guidance.

Not sure if is the antibiotics or the Alfuzosin that has worked but I am feeling 90% better now but the frequent urination persists. Erection feels uncomfortable and still mild pain at the penis tip sometimes. Now that I look back, I have started to believe that my problems were because of excessive dry humping with my partner that I did for 5 days continuously along with over masturbation. I think I have hurt my pee hole in the process.

Unfortunately , these meds do not help much since few months ago.
I also about a new procedure named: gat-goren (GG), that sounds as non-pervasive.

If the symptoms persist then get an examination done by a dermatologist and get eczema ruled out.

For the last 4 years I've dealt with a mystery issue that results in several symptoms. I live a low stress lifestyle, during an attack/event, I'm calm and aside from body position and occasionally diet when high fiber, there is no known cause or diagnosis. I've had MRIs, a CT scan of my abdomen, CBC tests and more. While there have been findings of spinal stenosis, a diverticula, there has been nothing remarkable found.
