It helps but i need it almost everyday. 6 weeks ago i was put on 25 mg of zoloft and 2 days ago upped to 50 mg. I am still experiencing all the same sensations..dizzy, belching, nausea, dissociation, ect. I do see a CBT but only can get in about every 3 weeks due to her schedule. I dont want to be on Ativan because of all the things i have read but it seams to work. I have never used medications before in my 40 years...only the occasional advil or cough syrup.

I have never heard of it prescribed for this before but it could help a little I suppose
more widely prescribed for GM are some of the big anti inflammatories - particularly prednisone or methotrexate
I did take Naproxen for some time, (months at a pretty high dose - it really attacks your stomach lining though so I went off), which I guess is a step up from advil, and is a non steroidal anti inflammatory (NSAID), can't say if it helped with the inflamma

Danie i agree with you!! I don't like Tylenol. It doesn't work for me at all. Advil does the job.
I had an MRI done a few years ago along with an EKG and recently i was tested for thyroid problems, hypoglycemia, and anemia, but everything was normal. I should also mention that I have been taking zoloft for depression for about 4 years. I try to get a good sleep every night and eat well, but it's not working. Occasionally advil helps with the headaches, but nothing works on the migranes.
Okay so my name is Kelley I''m 16 and i was recently diagnosed with anxiety. I am taking zoloft and my doctor told me that my headaches and blurred vision would go away in a week. Unfortunately my headaches havn't gone away. I get headaches every day where I can't even take advil because it hurts so bad.It's always in the back of my eyes where I feel like there's pressure. I now have to get glassses because my eyes are going bad.
I recently took advil today and yesterday thinking it was Tylenol. I just realised it was advil. I read a bunch online after finding out. They said small does are okay and as long as its before 32 weeks. Has anyone else had this happen or have any information they can help me with? I'm freaked out something is going to happen to my baby.
There is no reason you can't take Abilify with Zoloft. I take Abilify with several other medications. It started working within 2 weeks and my depression decreased dramatically. One common side effect of Abilify is akathisia, a restless need to move. I have that but added propranolol and it stopped it completely with no other side effects.
all i wrote last week on this forum when i had started taking zoloft for insomnia/panic attacks and depression. I am one of the fews who went through close suicide call with zoloft. first night of taking it i woke up in middle of night confused and fearful that i will take my life or harm myself. my wife assured me that everything will be ok.. i thought of being a mentallly ill patient. anyways, i ignored it as i was having so many anxiety attacks wondering that it was another one.
Thank you for sharing your experience with Celexa. I have a script. I haven't started it yet. I had a hard time with Zoloft & worried that I will have the same SE with Celexa. I am happy this med works so well for you. Hopefully it will do the same for me! As long as I have energy with no weight gain I will be super happy. And of course it helps with the anxiety.

My 9 yr old daughter has anxiety. It has gotten so bad this school year that she is missing school. The majority of her anxiety revolves around the fear of throwing up. It is almost every day at school lunch. She starts feeling nauseas as soon as she wakes up in the morning because she is worried about lunch. She checks the expiration date on everything before she eats because she is scared of eating something expired and throwing up.
I am addicted to Tramadol from fribromyalgia pain and I ran out of tram and I had some left over hydro so I took some to help with restless legs and it did work a little, I know its bad but I didnt know what else to do. But my question is it safe to mix Vicodin with Advil pm? Its almost 1 am and I just want to be done with the day now, but I dont wanna get hurt or anything...
